Beautiful area and house. Very comfortable spacious room and a lovely, calm feel in the property.

There were a few issues and nobody on site so it became a little frustrating. All minor and a shame to add this to what was a very pleasant stay but things that could have been avoided. Was told I could leave luggage but when I arrived there was no-one around so just had to leave it all in an empty open house which didn't feel very safe. Was very happy with the vegan breakfast but should have been listed on the booking. Only found out about thermostat in the hallway once I was up all night as I was cold and then lay in bed reading your previous reviews! Also not told about key numbers when I checked in so they changed the number without telling me and was locked out of my room at night.

the location is great. the property is beautiful and well cared for.

only minor critiques. The long stairway to our room lacked a banister. For safety I would recommend installing one. The breakfasts were all vegan. Did I miss that in my reservation? No real milk for morning coffee? I respect other’s choice to be vegan, but the only choice for non-vegans was to get breakfast outside. BTW, the avocado toast was outstanding, but only available one morning.

decor is really gorgeous, very chic- location is also perfect. we found lots of free overnight street parking just a few short blocks away

the “host” was late in getting us checked in, and late on breakfast - it was a cold spell and the room was chilly till we used a fireplace we weren’t suppose to use - shower/tub is a complex gadget and kind of cumbersome to get in and out and I just decided to skip it ! we realize this is a small bed and breakfast and not a big hotel chain so want to cut them some slack -

It was in a great location and front porch. The decor was fun in a bohemian style. Our room was huge and had very comfortable bedding.

For afternoon coffee the machine was not programmed correctly so you did not get a full cup of coffee. As for the breakfast hour, it did not start till 8:00 and if you wanted coffee before then there was a French press but only enough coffee for a few people. The vegan breakfast was fine but not memorable. As for the room, it was very comfortable until late evening when the air conditioner went off. We were told in the morning that there is a communal thermostat in the hallway. It would have been nice to know before bed.

Nothing against vegans, but this should haven mentioned in the description, esp. bcs it limits the breakfast choices - no normal milk, yoghurt, butter… Parking in the street is difficult but this was described already in the booking confirmation.

It was very good, felt like you had gone to a friends house to eat. Would have also included a side of biscuit or toast

I loved the signs in the room and everything felt so well designed and thought out, like someone had stayed there and added everything one would need. I felt the bathroom was missing an organic body or hand lotion styled in the same way as the soap. I also feel like face wash or a hand scrub would have added to the ambiance. The bathroom didn’t match the way the room and kitchen were left laid out to be so hospitable

Dreamers is fantastic! The room decor is vintage and handpicked to make it even more authentic. It's only three blocks to the riverfront in a quiet neighborhood with immense nostalgia.

Honestly, my only complaint was that the tub didn't drain properly while showering. The bath/shower knobs were super confusing. The directions on the wall are helpful, but it would definitely be an issue for someone with vision problems.

Great location and easy parking. Super nice people, beautiful grounds, very comfortable and quiet. Would definitely stay there again.

Bathrooms were a bit small. But it’s a renovated old home, so what they’ve done with the place is amazing. That’s not a complaint, just a comment for anyone who would want a spacious bathroom.

The location, the atmosphere and decor of the house, rooms and bathrooms were very comfy and chic. Very nice shower products and we loved notes on the walls. Welcoming host. Porch.

Shared A/C between our room, hallway and the next room. The neighbours liked it cold and we are not used to sleeping with A/C on (especially as it was right above our bed). We woke up a couple of times to turn it off.

I hate to use the word "vibe" but it truly applies here. This place has great vibes. You feel relaxed even before you walk in the front door. The property oozes personality and is amazingly well designed. Greeting staff was friendly, we were quickly taken to our room and as expected, my wife was over the moon.

It's one big house, and noise travels easily, you can hear your neighbors though it wasn't that bad.
