Candlewood Suites Fargo South-Medical Center, an IHG Hotel0

Loved everything about my stay! The customer service from the front desk clerks before, during, and after my stay was beyond exceptional. Kudos to the team that were of great help; the two adams and keila (don't know if I spelled her name right) . The property was nice. What I saw online is exactly what I experience while there. The queen suite was clean, very nice, and spacious. The bed was comfortable and I slept like a baby. Overall it was a 10/10! I would definitely stay there again and would certainly recommend others to as well.

Great location for us. Out of the 2 staff members we interacted with, one was a customer service Rockstar and the other, not so much. But as I experience more and more, I have come to expect less and less.

The only real item that kept this from being an 11 on a "1 - 10" scale was the bed easily could have been a king size and still had plenty of space in the room. Other than that we are putting a note in our phones so that we can request this particular room any time we are in the area.

very comfortable (except for the air conditioning. it was either hot or arctic)

there was poop on the toilet bowl that was there when we got there. everything was poorly stocked. the night people were super rude and hateful. the washer and driers were trash. took 6 hours to was and dry 1 load!!!

The room was very clean and had a lot of space. There was an issue with the bathroom door and the front desk were very understanding and nice about it. I’d highly recommend staying here to anyone. I like how close it was to everything as well!

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like.

I had a family member hospitalized at Essentia Hospital with Covid. Kelia at the front desk was AMAZING and worked her magic and gave me a fantastic medical rates which was greatly appreciated!!!!! The bed was super comfortable and the location in proximity to the hospital was ideal!!!!

EVERYONE working at this hotel treated us wonderfully! From the people at the desk to the young lady making things supplied in the breakfast area were wonderful! We will definitely book this hotel for our next visit to Fargo!

We had to book through Priceline, so our pice was higher than booking directly through the hotel. We originally book at Candlewood Suites and spent only an hour there before finding this great hotel through the Internet.

Bed was very comfortable. Nice shower. Spacious. Great jacuzzi.

Refrigerator opened wrong way. Only one drinking glass. Chase lounge stained.

There is no breakfast and location is good.

I was shocked when she told me about a $50 pet fee when nothing was mentioned when I contacted property about puppy and now to late to cancel with a refund. Front desk rep. Was very short with me about it, almost rude.

the staff was SOOO nice from the very beginning, we walked in and didn't expect to have a full kitchen or a couch so that was definitely a plus!! we were wanting a decent place to stay while saving money and oh my gosh, we couldn't have picked a more perfect hotel. 100% will be staying here everytime we travel to fargo from now on.

literally nothing, everything was awesome.

Nice hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Only complaint was that the room smelled as if the previous guests had been smoking in it. Talked to Casey at the front desk and she claimed it was the smell of the smoke from those who had been smoking on the outside patio below. It true, that needs to be moved. she did give us a bottle of some product similar to Frebreze, which seemed to kill the smell.
