Quality Suites Near West Acres

The breakfast was very low on all supplies No-one came to replenish the items that were needed for a breakfast The hotel was busy with guest and people were looking for a good breakfast. Customers were left to look thru the cup boards for breakfast items and also were looking for milk and other food items that were already gone.

breakfast attendant was needed but with the hotel was short of staff I guess my wife and I did have a good breakfast aswe just beat the rush that arrived a few minutes after us and the food was gone in a few minutes as there were a few kids sports teams staying at the hotel

The mattress was excellent on the king bed- slept very well. The bathroom was nice and clean including the floor!

The mattress on holdout had some stains and we had to go down stairs to ask for bedding even though I listed this need on the accom section of reservation form. We had our daughter staying with us so needed to use the fold out sofa bed. There were only two towels. Only one bar of soap so you switch it from sink to shower.

The rooms are big locations. Great in the mall just the hotel itself is a little. I’m not inside. Need some renovations.

I need to clean the room more .cookies were around the edges of the bed under the skirting of the bed . Also, someone left food in the microwave from the last people stayed in the room.

it was clean and nice. I enjoyed being close to the pool and being able to relax while there. I was able to easily see my kids at all times in the pool area. The fridge and microwave were wonderful to have in the room. Great room for the price.

had to go track down bedding for the hide a bed, and received scratchy blankets.

Wasn't a pleasure trip just needed a bed helping move daughter out of city

Maid didn't change or remake bed after I asked twice. Front office assured that would happen

The cheap tiny doughnuts and muffins for breakfast made me feel as if there wasn't much thought put into it for a nightly rate that falls in the middle I would have thought it would be better quality

I slept great! the bed was marvelous! they let me park my motorcycle under the portico.

breakfast was lacking anything with protein. no good restaurants within walking distance.

Clean and comfortable

Awkward smell. Went and bought air fresheners and it was fine then. The bathroom fan was very loud

I got a double room with a pullout. I was amazed at the size of the room. Not cramped at all. The breakfast had a good variety of food.

There was food in the fridge from a previous guest. There isn't an elevator.

Close by not to far off the highway It had laundry facilities, which was a bonus
