Delta Hotels by Marriott Fargo

Everything. This is my go-to place for Fargo - great staff, super friendly, attentive and really professional. Andrea (front desk, hope I got your name right) checking me in was a true professional; super polite and got me the same room I stayed at the last time I was there! Also wrote me down for the shuttle service to the airport the next day. Love the Starbucks at the hotel lobby, the guy at the counter was so friendly, nice and efficient; made my refreshers exactly the way the like ‘em! Lastly, Alex, such a professional and sweet guy too, he has driven me to the airport before and we always have such a nice conversation. Such a cool bloke, thanks for being so helpful :) Looking forward to being back on my next trip!! 🙂

Love, love, love staying here and I always come back. Lobby area is amazing - the details are well thought out, from the colors, sofas and the set-up. Love the Starbucks and wish it was open till 5pm though? ;) Staff at check-in was amazing - super polite, funny and personable. She was very professional and really enjoyed chatting with her. Hotel arranges for airport drop-off which is great, the business center is really well done too - you can print documents, there are multiple desktops, etc. Really liked the touch of chocolate on the pillow - why don’t all hotels do that? Classic and keep up the good work!! ☺️

The desk staff were excellent during the day. They went above and beyond to help us.

We arrived back to the hotel after our concert at Fargodome, just before midnight. We wanted to buy snacks from the little shop next to the check in desk but there was no staff to be found. There were three separate parties needing assistance at the front desk, and it took 10 minutes to find someone to help us.

This hotel should have washer and dryer amenity and I wish that this hotel would offer free breakfast for the price of the rooms. However, every thing else was great.

I did not like the fact that the hotel did not have laundry amenity and no free breakfast. This is very important for people that are traveling. This hotel should have a laundry room and offer some type of free breakfast or discount breakfast. The breakfast price is too expensive. This is ridiculous.

Clean, very comfortable bed and pillows. We were upgraded to a suite, so nice. About as perfect as possible!

Have stayed here before and love everything about it. Check-in process is always a breeze, staff are super polite, very professional and always happy to help, etc. They always keep the room I want for me, and take care of all the details. The shuttle service to the airport’s great, lobby’s fully furnished, really comfy and inviting. My fave part of the hotel is the Starbucks!!! Great staff there too and so nice to be able to wake up and come down and grab my fave drink. The breakfast at the restaurant was also superb!

the response of the staff there was no washing lotion in the room. called twice still no come. waitress at the breakfast place on the second day was horrible. no apology for serving wrong bread. no apology for not providing ketchup. very bad attitude

There was a young lady named Amber who checked me in on October 9. She was most pleasant and was so concerned about me and my check in being smooth. My highest complements to your facility for hiring people like Amber. I will DEFINITELY be back next month when my wife comes out with me.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Loved how the lobby was really warm, inviting, and the colours looked good. Really, really love the Starbucks at the lobby too - maybe it’s a good thing it closes at 2pm, as if it was open till much later, I would be buying refreshers all day. Staff at check-in were prompt and sweet. Room was great - love the colours, everything looked so bright. Beds were the right height, lots of plug sockets, comfy armchair, and huge TV. Realty liked the fridge and microwave section - it was a proper kitchenette, with a sink and just great to have an area for food/drinks, etc. Comfy sheets, beds, pillows, etc. Loved the shuttle to the airport. Keep it up!

The staff was awesome and I liked that there was a Starbucks on site. The grandkids loved the pool.

The cost was high for the area and compared to other hotels in the area. It appears it costs nearly twice as much on the weekends.
