The hotel was well located and convenient and it is appropriate for families with kids.

The breakfast left a lot to be desired and we ended up eating elsewhere. On the one hand, this is not solely the hotel's fault since they are catering mostly to Americans and Americans are accustomed to these kinds of carb infused breakfasts. On the other hand, the only choices available were a variation of bread (including waffle, donuts, pancakes, etc) and water or sugary foods such as cereal and jam. It would be nice if there were a few healthy choices besides the overcooked mush that passes as oatmeal.

The receptionist greeting us was super friendly and kind. He had a smile on his face at 11pm! Whole hotel was clean. They had the best swimming pool we’d seen in the last 10 days of hotels! It has a kiddie slide and one of this umbrella things with water as you’d see in a splash pad.

Wish they had eggs/sausage/ for breakfast option-only had grits as warm food and then the other typical cold items.

The coffee was good -- I don't really eat breakfast but a lot of people seemed pleased. The room was delightful. I loved the little sofa and table, and the lights, and the beds were very good. The staff were friendly and helpful.

There was nothing we didn't like. I have zero complaints. I'm only typing in this field because the form requires it. La la la la this is the last sentence.

I had a king size room, it was nice and big which I appreciate. I really loved the size of the bathroom, so many new hotels have very small bathrooms where you can hardly open the door because it is so close to the toilet. It was a wonderful stay!

I didn't find anything that I felt needed correction. It was a very nice, clean hotel.

Breakfast was ok.. Did not go away hungry though. Other hotels in the area have full selection scrambled eggs, omlets, or breakfast sandwiches along with make your own waffles or pancakes. Banana or oranges. Stayed in a room with two queen beds and a sofa hide a bed. The hide a bed was unusable very well used mattress and springs broken. Front desk was notified and they were going to take care of it. Staff were very apologetic about the inconvenience.

Very clean and a good location. It was nice to have a fridge and a microwave in the room.

Breakfast was very carb heavy. No eggs, meat or fruit, just waffles, toast, bagel or biscuits and gravy. Not the staffs fault but the chain might consider some healthier options.

Checking was quick and efficient. Building and facilities were very clean and up to date. Staff was very friendly and responsive. Location is in the heart of Fargo central to everything from shopping to dining.

Air conditioner was slightly noisy like most of the units in the outside wall across US.

The property was centrally located and close to many restaurants and other businesses. The breakfast was limited probably due to Covid-19 regulations but at least it was something. The coffee was good though. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was geared more for younger children so my teenagers were bummed.

I mentioned to the front desk the first morning that the bottom sheet on my bed had a tear in it that I noticed when I went to get in the bed the first night. I also mentioned it to the housekeeping staff when they asked us if we needed anything. This was at like 9:30 in the morning. Housekeeping simply handed me new sheets to have me put them on myself. I was in a rush to start my planned day and did not have time to change them myself. My day kept me busy again until it was time to go to bed that night and I was too tired to have to change the sheets myself. I was just careful to not make the 4 inch tear any bigger.

It is close to restaurants and shopping.

The breakfast didn't have any eggs or meat. They just offered biscuits and gravy and make your own waffles as the hot food.

the staffs were extremely friendly& helpful. the hotel was quiet. pool area was heated so the kids didn’t get cold coming out. I also liked the 2 hot tub idea. pool was super great for young aged kids. free washer& dryer so that’s amazing

washer & dryer was only on the 3rd floor. & no door stopper so we couldn’t latch the door from the kids opening& shutting the door.
