The atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and relaxing, but definitely still felt fancy. Shower was freaking huge! And the beds were like soft clouds lulling me to sleep. Staff was friendly and attentive!
Honestly my only real complaint was that I didn’t get a chance to stay longer. Oh that and the fact that the bar closed so early, I think it closed at around 9, which was a little too early for my liking but oh well.

The room was beautifully furnished and very spacious with a great view of the Scioto River. The whole aesthetic of the hotel was wonderful!
I had ordered a few items ahead to be delivered to the room, and they weren't delivered when they were suppose to be. I.e. champagne at arrival and cookies and milk on my husband's birthday morning. We did receive them, just not when I thought they would be there. It really wasn't a major deal, as we were just relaxing and enjoying ourselves on this trip anyway 😌

I loved the bathrooms. And, that shower was to die for. 😁. The chaise felt so elegant. The objet de’ art on the shelving unit was very nice. The clean, white bedding had a somewhat European feel. It was beautiful
Truly, the only complaint I had was about the pillows. They looked fluffy and dense, but when you lay your head on them, they flatten to the mattress and it felt like my head was laying directly on the mattress. Tried 2-3 pillows to gain some support, but that din’t work either. other than that, all was good.

More expensive than I'd expect for Ohio - I just paid less for a nicer hotel in NYC. The area is a bit strange - nice running path to one direction, but not a very nice area to the other.

Beautiful and comfortable hotel themed around stargazing. Our room had a projector that put the constellations on the ceiling. The staff are super friendly and nice.

it is very elegant, the room service has a pepper crusted ribeye that is something special, employees we helpful and very nice, was within walking distance of nationwide arena, it rained the whole time so we just stayed at the hotel and napped and ordered in food
the price for parking was high
