Breakfast was great and I appreciated the coffee makers in the room as well as the rotating TV!

The freezer was in operable because it was all frozen over. I managed though. There wasn't anywhere to hang up my clothes up. Had to hang them on the shower rod. It was cold for the first morning of the season. I had to turn the heat on and when I did it smelled really bad. Probably because it hadn't been ran for awhile though but it did make the room smelly for awhile. And I should have checked first but there wasn't an iron. I made do though..brought a back up outfit!

Friendly host, nice and clean. Staff was friendly and it was easy access to things in the area,such as shopping and dining.

Ice machine was down on all floors but the main floor. It was not easy getting to food in the area unless you drive. There were places walking distance but no way to walk there. Not the hotels fault but an inconvenience after driving all day. I did not want to get back in the car.

The outlets in our room weren't even attached to the wall. The one in the bathroom was really bad, it was just hanging there. The main door was the only one that worked so if you parked in the back you had to walk all the way around the building. It wasn't a big deal but it's definitely something that should be fixed.

The staff was amazing and AJ was so so kind and helpful however breakfast was not available and there were other facility like the pool and breakfast area was not available it was all roped off I think they were having some type of water issues. Offering breakfast is such a plus at facilities nowadays it can make or break whether you have customers or not

Front desk staff was extremely helpful with a very early check in. Directed me to a restaurant close by and called me as soon as my room was ready. Room was large for the price and very clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was better than other LaQuenta properties I've been to lately. Entire hotel was clean and neat.

Small things: Faucet dripped and leaked around handle. Magnet catch on mirrored closet door had been repaired with duct tape. Really? Find a screw and do it correctly. Only 1 wastebasket in entire room. Little things but so easily taken care of for a better impression.

All services we used were wonderful. Far better than I expected.

I was a little upset at first when some scheduling issues happened and my reservation was denied. I was unaware about the timeline and the age requirements as I couldn't find anything online. But all was straightened out and the guy checking us in was very helpful.

Great location, just off major interstates. Lots of restaurants and shopping near by with a Culvers next door and Cracker Barrel an easy walk. Staff was friendly and helpful. Property is clean and well maintained. King room was quite large with comfortable bed and lots of pillows. This was my second time at this property. Stayed 3 nights. Will stay here again if in the area.

Had some reception problems, weak signal, with WiFi. Other than that, all was good.

I'm not sure the house keepers name but she was extremely sweet and friendly. The front desk staff was decently nice. The hotel was extremely clean

Bed was nice and comfy and the restroom was sooooo clean I think the silver was even polished...

The TV was a fat back flat screen and the remote was dead, you have thIs gorgeous room and the TV looks a bit old ... Also you should have a TV guide in the room as well...

clean room, good location. many shops and restaurants in the vicinity. The room is quiet.

I'm not sure if their smoking policy is working. Because I could smell tobacco and weed from neighboring rooms.
