Comfort Suites Columbus Airport

Room was a great size. Overall it was fairly clean just a few missed things (under the bed). The area was nice. Tons of food options right there. The bed was so comfortable we didn't want to leave.

For a 4 night stay we only had like 1/4 of a TP roll and another mostly used one on the shelf so that waa odd. The showers drain was broken so we had to rig it to get the water to drain. Under the bed was never cleaned from previous people and there was open candy all under. Curtains were mostly sheer so the sun woke us early every single day.

Loved the location! Very clean smelling upon entry. Nice front desk staff. Very clean room. Most hotels have uncomfortable beds. My queen size was very comfy & pillows were nice. Ample towels. I use a lot, and they were very accommodating in making sure I had more for use. only thing that would make it better is if they had a hot tub! A/C + heater was very comforting & kept the room at a decent temperature.

I don’t have much to say about what I didn’t like. The only thing was that I noticed the shower plug was not lifting on my first night. So my water wasn’t draining. I had to drain it after my shower by holding the plug up. When I returned from work for my second day, it was fixed & also looked as if it had been cleaned. They also replaced my shower mat with a fresh new one!

Convenient location to airport

Shuttle to/from airport wasn’t readily available. I had to call hotel to find out there was no shuttle on arrival—but they did arrange a taxi. When departing, I had to take a shuttle at a time that wasn’t convenient since they only run every hour. The clerk at the desk was not at all communicative about how the shuttle worked, as I was expecting a taxi again, and I almost missed getting the shuttle.

The hotel was quite nice, welcoming and efficient. Our room was terrific: comfortable and spacious. This was a last minute change in schedule for us due to an impending blizzard. The staff was pleasant but not always available, - even after ringing for them when we checked out. No big deal, tho I prefer to get my receipt at time of check-out. Though conveniently close to the airport, dining options were not "right there" as we had hoped. Just some smaller venues clearly focused on take-out. But options available of that kind of venue.

The room was very spacious, updated, and clean. Staff was friendly. Nice breakfast selection.

The bed was super comfortable. When I checked in, the front desk staff couldn’t find my booking.com reservation. I provided confirmation number, but he could not locate it. He had a difficult time at first being able to find the same rate I received online, but got it within $3, so I was ok with that. I have never had this issue anywhere else.

The location was good. They had a good breakfast. The place was clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I like the fact that they have plenty of charging stations around the room and reading lights by the beds.

The pillows were too flat, not quite firm enough. It would be nice if some kind of meat could have been served with the breakfast. One of the reading lights next to the bed did not work.

rooms were big had a sectional a small one in them, very nice pretty spacey we loved it there the tv worked on good Chanel’s service and WiFi was excellent. staff was super nice, had all the amenities it said it did, good location on a good part of town.

the pool was freezing even tho it was supposed to be “heated”. we had a huge red juice stain on our carpet in the room. it wasn’t as close as it said it was to childrens hospital and wasn’t close to downtown. pool closed at 9 not 11.

Everything about this hotel was amazing, honestly one of the best we have stayed in. The rooms were very clean and very very spacious as well as the bathroom. Beds were very comfty, they already gave us extra towels which is great because every place we have stayed at only gives us around 2-4. We had everything in our room that we needed and more

Its not that we personally had a problem with these things, but I can see how some other people might. It is obviously right next to the airport, so if you are a light sleeper, I do not recommend because the planes flying above can be a little loud but we slept through it. Also, the curtains didnt close all the way. There is a sheer curtain that does close all the way and that hides so others cant see you but light still comes in, the curtain that blocks out sunlight was only on the sides and cannnot be moved, so there is a lot of light in the room

The rooms are large with plenty of space. It was clean and beds were comfortable.

Breakfast was continental with jimmy dean sausage biscuits that you could heat up in the microwave, so I've had better. We had to ask for linens for the pull out sofa bed. The keys had to be reactivated after the first day of our 2 day stay and the security latch somehow was activated when we left the room even though there was no one in the room. A security guy is the only one who knows how to undo the latch.

We booked this hotel at the very last minute. Long story short, we were in Columbus for a wedding and were supposed to stay at an Airbnb but it was very dirty so we booked this hotel shortly after we arrived. The price was very reasonable and it was SO CLEAN! We were so happy and impressed with our stay. The staff were so nice and helpful in our time of need. They got us checked in a few hours early due to our situation.

The breakfast did not have hot food like eggs, waffles, etc. They did have a wonderful selection of “cold” foods like yogurt, bagels, breads, fruit, cereal, etc. They had toasters and microwaves for use. They did have jimmy dean breakfast sandwiches!
