Best Western Port Columbus

I likes that it offered the jacuzzi tub. I like the pool. I like that there were places to eat near there.

I didn't like that I was only able to get into the pool once due to parties being thrown there. I also didn't like the workout equipment. It wasn't working properly. I also wasn't happy with having to fork over $200 that I have to wait 2-3 days to get back. I wasn't told about that when I booked.

Very clean inside and out. My room was clean, bed was comfortable and had all the amenities required.

The floor was very wet in the hallway near the pool area. It could be a hazard for others and they could slip and fall. Recommend more rugs in that area.

Spacious room, great choice of breakfast foods, very tasty, staff was constantly restocking and cleaning eating area. Clean room and everything worked ie coffee pot, microwave, fridge, heating. No burned out bulbs.

Would have liked room refreshed ie towels replaced, waste cans emptied.

We loved the jacuzzi room! Definitely worth the upgrade. We went over the weekend for a concert and it was like heaven to get in after standing all day!

The beds are a little stiff, nothing that they can personally do but overall no complaints.

Paul and Stacy in housekeeping was very adequate when I asked for linen and Paul was very prompt and efficient when cleaning my room. Very strong customer service, wasn't able to say goodbye but I hope when I return that Paul would be my assistant. 311, thanks again! The front desk was very proficient once my stepdad lost his medication, she immediately contacted us to remind us. Thanks again Best Western staff, great customer service.

No complaints, besides I wish you were able to have the pool open and serve waffles.

The bed was super comfortable and the jacuzzi tub was awesome! The office front desk person, Raymond, was very helpful and friendly. He was very short staffed and still took excellent care of us!

The location is decent, but a little secluded with only Wendy’s to eat in walking distance.

Other than the cold pool and deflated pillows, everything else was cool. The breakfast was good every morning. All of the employees are nice and pleasant. If we had any concerns they met them very quick. I like that they accept pers and was a very cheap pet deposit.

The only thing I don't like are the pillows...they're the most deflated pillows ever. And the pool was ice cold. The wifi was in and out, but still worked.

I liked the proximity to the airport especially with a really early morning flight. I had to return my rental car and it was so convenient that I didn't have to rush.

The smoking area was right next to the back door and I had to go out to my car later at night and it was a bit nerve-racking to go by several men congregating around the back door. Didn't feel entirely safe.

The property was well kept and clean. The hotel was located close to all the places I needed to get to.

I really liked the hotel. But on our last night apparently there was a children’s party booked. The kids were a bit noisy for awhile but nothing outrageous.

The room was very hot and sweaty once we filled the spa up, definitely could use an exhaust system, the floors got damp and slippery from the heat and the room had a watery smell to it when we first got there had to spray air freshner other then that the room was great
