Hilton Garden Inn Cincinnati/Sharonville

The location was great - easy access to the interstate, dining, stores, etc. My room was super clean, and the shower had great water pressure. All of the equipment in the fitness room was working, which is a big plus for me.

There seemed to be a baby elephant in the room above mine that ran back and forth across the floor at all hours, including after 10 pm. I totally understand that small children don't realize they are pounding on the room beneath them, but families with small kiddos should be on the ground floor.

Breakfast was ‘standard’. I especially liked the bacon and potatoes!

The young man who worked the front desk that evening. Initially too focused on the fast food he was eating. An older gentleman was much more helpful. When we returned after dinner, he was too focused on his phone. Didn’t look up. Michigan State basketball team was playing in March Madness. I wanted to know what channel was TBS. Tried finding it when I returned to my room. Unable, called him, he said he would check and call me back….never did. Not a customer friendly employee.

The breakfast was not a free breakfast. No signs posted. After my husband and I had filled our plates we were then told it would be $12.95 each. Yes there were menus on table but we had not yet gone to a table. So we paid in cash after we finished. On way home hot notice from credit card about another charge $39.55 called and Brittany said it was for breakfast and a $10 tip. Wow. Explained we had paid the gentleman in cash but of course he was gone for day.

The staff were the friendliest ever. Good breakfast. I traveled with my daughter and we felt safe at this hotel.

The pool was soooooo cold. Too cold to enjoy. Our room was always so humid. I'm assuming it was from the pool!!??!! We wanted to sit in the outside sitting area but there were no cushions in the chairs. And it had not been raining. On our last day, during the best dream ever, the fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate.........at 8 in the morning.

Nice spacious rooms, staff are friendly, responsive and helpful, smooth check in and check out experience.

Some amenities that are usually included in other hotel packages are not, such as breakfast (extra charge) and wifi (password did not work, need to go to the lobby to get the access code)

the breakfast notification. a bill is given to you for a breakfast that was included in your room rate. I was still in the room when my family text they were being charged for breakfast. I suggested other ways of handling that

Excellent a bit of a surprise because Hotels are no longer offering a made by chef food. It was refreshing to sit and have a great breakfast. With a very happy and polite server.

The parking could have been clearer of snow out of the way. A more define driving instructions Front desk personal a bit more friendly.

It was much nicer than we thought. We went for family fun weekend at Miami University so was a little far for us but it was very nice and we plan on staying there again in May when we come back for our son's graduation.

Complimentary coffee and tea at the lobby would have been nice. Continental breakfast or complimentary breakfast would also been nice.

The breakfast was nice and the area was clean. The staff that worked the breakfast kept things filled and clean.

We didn’t know the pool was closed until we got there. It took a while to get towels and coffee when we asked for them at the front desk.

Breakfast was good but we thought it should have been included - not an extra cost.

Location and the hotel and room were very clean. staff was very friendly and helpful.
