The pool area was great for young kids, open and also could be closed when it rains

The rooms were smaller than normal. Bathroom light wasn't limited to shower area so if you turned on light it lit up half the bedroom. We had to use phone lights in morning to avoid waking our kids. Breakfast area was very crowded on weekend and they could have managed it better to avoid crowds. Keep breakfast open until 930 or 10 and spread out toasters. Many people were bringing food to rooms and getting 2nds or more. I had to ask front desk to tell cleaning staff to prop room doors so I didn't have to hear doors slamming shut every 5 minutes. Problem solved but I'm not sure why I had to ask. I was there for a week and spent 2 days listening to doors slam from 11-3pm.

Clean! Kept very well. The staff is great! Very friendly and they address every need that arises! On Friday, July 28th, when I returned to my room that evening there were knats in the room. I called to the front desk and explained what was taking place. Immediately Sam and Kay came to the rescue. They came in and saw what I had been speaking of and offered me another room (the same setup). They offered to move my items being that I had already showered and changed for the night! It was a smooth transition! On Saturday, July 29th that evening Felicia was a pleasant young lady when I arrived to the front desk to ask for a late checkout on Sunday. Shana, on Sunday, July 30th, was very efficient, friendly and pleasant as I checked out! I am very grateful to the staff for being pleasant, friendly and taking care of business. Hopefully these young ladies will be recognized for their work ethics and pleasant disposition. I will definitely return for another stay!

The breakfast was good, the muffins were fresh, omelettes we're tasty, and coffee was decent. The staff makes this location super great though, it was like visiting family! Loved the saltwater pool! Loved the fire pits!!

The scented oil warmers in the hallways are so overwhelmingly strong I swear we could taste it, it stuck to our clothing and belongings. The room fridge worked well enough, but it was precariously balanced on a low ill fitting shelf, and tipped forward each time we opened it. Also, we pushed our beds together, one of us didn't want to share a bed and preferred their air mattress. There was quite the bounty of dusty things behind and under the bed. I know it's not typical to move the beds, but I would still hope that they're being cleaned under more often than the dated paper we found led us to believe.

I liked the breakfast. A lot of options and a lot of seating.

Well I stayed on Saturday night and it is now Thursday and I still haven’t gotten my refund for my $50 deposit yet. We left the room in perfect condition, I feel like it shouldn’t take this long. So I think you guys could in improve in your financial dpt. and making people feel secure giving you their money.

The room was nice, clean, bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. It was quiet throughout my stay. I was able to park close to the front door. I fell in love with the chair in my room. Inviting lobby sitting areas. I didn't get to indulge in the breakfast buffet but will definitely do it the next time I visit.

I don't really have any negative comments other than there was a slight smell of sewage the first morning when I ran the water in the sink. I didn't notice it later. I would suggest keeping the front walkway area cleaner. Smokers are disgusting and leave their cigarette butts on the ground. It's very unsightly. My only other issue was the toilet is too low. LOL

This place is a great value. Staff is very polite, welcoming and helpful. The property is very clean, wry comfortable and very family friendly. The voices of the children in the pool attests to this. The rooms were very quiet even when the AC unit ran. The food was your typical free breakfast fare. Nothing great, but it does fill you up. The kids at breakfast seemed happy with the food. We highly recommend especially to those traveling on a budget.

Everything is close by, shopping, eating, pretty much anything you need to do. The fire pits were going nightly, the pool was clean, and the food was great! Housekeeping was on their game also. Always willing to swap towels, etc. Everyone was so friendly. We will be back. Would love to recognize: Sam: front desk, Kay: front desk!!

Absolutely nothing. we always stay here when coming to the area. Because we didn't have any problems.

the breakfast was ok, out of a lot of thing.. the juice machine wasn’t working, the pancake machine wasn’t working. only had raisin brand for cereal, there was no regular yogurt! The beds were ok, not comfy at all! I woke up sore every morning! our AC didn’t work very well- I said something to the manager on duty when we checked in, she came and took a look it worked for her however 30 minutes after she left it stopped working! It was constantly turning off- the fan wouldn’t even work either! we found a dirty bandaid and a couple dead bugs in our room!

The hotel was very nice, the staff was very friendly, we enjoyed the pool and firepits, and they have a decent selection for breakfast.

The rooms do not get cleaned, which is still covid policy but after a few days of having children in the room, the floors needed to be cleaned. Front office was very good about giving towels and any other necessities.

The manager who handled my check in and check out was so polite and kind. There was an issue that occurred with the room before we got there that he was over seeing. When we arrived he informed us that he would gladly change the room due to the issue not being fixed yet. The breakfast bar was great and they kept the hot food line stocked. They also had different channels playing so my kids watched cartoons while I watched the news. Overall I give it a 10/10 and would highly recommend!

There wasn't anything that I didn't like. The staff kept everything clean and didn't let the kids on break roam around aimlessly all night which isn't easy to say the least.
