Wingate by Wyndham Cincinnati Blue Ash

Kiran (at the front desk) was new, but was incredibly gracious and took just the right amount of time with us on our check in to ensure that everything was "just right". Rooms were spotless, beds were comfortable and nicely renovated. The breakfast was a great way to start the day. I accidentally lost my airpods in the room, and Mike (at the front desk) communicated with me when the housekeeping staff found them! Thank you ALL for your great customer service! Oh--and there's a large community park (with observation tower) directly across the street (zip lining and a fishing pond? Kinda cool for some nature.)

Workout room was acceptable--large size and aerobic equipment was varied and worked, but could use a tiny touch up. Wyndam corporate--I'm thinking this is your area of expertise?

Breakfast was pretty good, buffet style. It consisted of scrambled eggs, link sausages, different breads (sliced bread, bagels, etc..), pastries, oatmeal, waffle irons to make your own waffles. Drink options were various juices, coffee and water. I had the scrambled eggs, sausage and toast, and orange juice. All were good. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel wi-fi was very good. Hotel front desk staff were very friendly. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Having fruit and cold cereal options would have made the breakfast buffet better.

The breakfast could have been a bit better. The oatmeal was cold but really wasn’t bad for hotel food. I am also used to having coffee available all hours at hotels. This hotel did not offer coffee at all times in the lobby and there wasn’t a coffee pot in our room.

I love this property! I can’t say enough good about it. The facilities are clean and well kept the staff is wonderful and the breakfast is good. They pool is open to a decent time and the area is kept clean and stocked with towels. It is across the road form a wonderful park for those with kids. The rooms are quiet. My family and I have stayed at this location multiple times and will do so in the future when in the area.

We had a rough night because our first hotel was not clean… we booked this hotel at 100m we got there in about 15-30 mins. When we arrived he called me out by name and welcomed me. Had our room all ready today for us. Because of our rough night we wanted to check out the room prior to signing for a stay. It was wonderful. We were very happy. Our stress was finally put to easy. Had a wonderful stay and the staff was very nice. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was nice. Bathroom was clean. Definitely will stay again! Thank you!

Not all the food was at breakfast but that is just due to covid so nothing bad on the hotel or staff. We booked a king but got 2 queens instead but that is okay because we were a last minute booking and Booking.com just may have not updated in their system. Still okay though.

We loved the staff, very friendly. The location was awesome for us. The breakfast was also good. Plenty of towels in the room.

We were disappointed that the pool cold, looks like it could some maintenance. The mattress was not comfortable. It looks like the bathroom door could use some paint touchups, pretty bad. Otherwise, the hotel itself was nice.

It is a great location, the hotel is welcoming and warm. Common areas and most of the room were clean. the breakfast was very good. EVERY staff member was happy, friendly and helpful.

There were area of the room that needed a solid wipe down. (headboard, walls around the garbage can for example). all common areas weee very clean.

Staff was very friendly when we checked in and explained the area and options for lunch and activities. The room was very nice and clean. The hotel was also very quiet and breakfast was good! I would recommend this hotel

The pool ended up being closed the whole time we were there. We understood they needed to sanitize it, but it seemed like they really drug their feet in getting it sanitized and could have done it sooner so we could have accessed it during our one night stay.

Our whole stay was very peaceful and quiet throughout the day and night. We were never bothered at any point and help was readily available when we needed assistance!

Everything was great. Nothing to complain about. We will be back for another stay when we are in the area.

How they handle the disturbs of other paying customers They are not aggressive enough to have the people to stop the noise or leave the hotel by giving 2 warnings before they are escorted off the property. I had to endure some very noisy people until they left and I only had one day left. They gave me 20% off the whole stay that is good, but they should have given me 50% off for 2 days
