All staff was very nice and accommodating someone that has special needs and with service dogs. Everything was very clean and rooms were very nice. With no doubt we will use your facility when we visit Cincinnati again.

The breakfast didn’t meet our expectations. On a scale, 10 at the best and 1 at the worst we rate your breakfast a 5. We have stayed in many motels/hotels traveling over a period of many years that provided breakfast that offered a wider variety of breakfast selections. Scrambled eggs, sausage links, biscuits, gravy, omelets, sugar free syrup for diabetics along with what you have to offer. The egg muffin bread was hard and wasn’t warm all the way through.

the room had plenty space and could sleep 6, very large room, had everything you needed to cook and clean your dirty dishes, cup, glasses, bowls, pots, pans, and many utensils at your disposal, they thought of everything including the dish cloth, dish towel and paper towels had samples of dish soap and dish washer soap! Just wish the pool was heated a little cold getting in. did not like the shampoo and shower gel dispensers in shower they had just water in them thank goodness i bought my own

no shampoo and no shower gel in dispensers Breakfast was ok in the mornings i'm gluten free so i did have choices, some places we stayed didn't even know, so couldn't eat and chance it

Very convenient location to downtown Cincinnati - only 20-25 minutes from the city! Very friendly staff and no issues at all with our reservation or check in between 5-6PM. Excellent room for the price with a bedroom area, kitchenette, and an enclosed bathroom with large shower. Lots of restaurants to choose from within 2-3 miles and an 18 screen cinema right across the street. My wife and I stayed on a Friday night through Sunday morning at the same time as a large group of teenagers who were there for a baseball tournament and it was quiet in the halls because quiet hours are enforced. We're already talking about staying at this hotel when we go back to Cincinnati! 10/10 experience!

There really wasn't anything that we didn't like. We decided not to eat breakfast at the hotel Sunday morning because there were so many families with teens who were there for a baseball tournament that the lobby was very full and there was almost nowhere to sit to eat. But that's understandable because it's families with teenagers and they needed a convenient way to feed everyone before their games started for the day. Plus, we all know teens can EAT! 😂 So we decided to avoid the crowd and go eat breakfast at Cracker Barrel a couple of miles away.

We really enjoyed our stay. We stayed for 13 days and it was super pleasant. It was easy getting to your room at any time of the day. The staff are super sweet. We would definitely come back another time. The breakfast was great, although it didn't meet our needs. We needed a bit more options, everything was pre-made. But we really liked the "make your own waffle" thing. Delicious! Everything was all in all great. Maybe needed a manual for the microwave, but we ate with family every evening so it worked fine. I definitely recommend staying here.

Great location - close to the zoo, plenty of near by restaurants, easy access to the highways, nice area around the hotel, we felt safe in the area with our family. Great staff - every staff member we met was extremely nice, friendly and helpful. Could not have asked for more there. Great breakfast - plenty of options of both hot and cold breakfast items. My entire family was able to eat a big full breakfast each day to start the day. Everything was delicious. We were happily surprised with the quality of the breakfast. Clean, well kept rooms - we had no issues with our room, it was great for our family of five. We had plenty of space and we were happy to see that we had a refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave in the room, as well as dishes and utensils. That was very helpful. Great quality for the price. We will definitely be looking for Home 2 Suites for all of our future travels!

I was not disappointed or unhappy once during our stay.

Great size rooms. close to the area I needs to be in for the stay duration. Quick check in and check out. Nice staff. My room was clean when entering. I had a staff member ask me at 930 if I ate breakfast. She was going to let us eat if we didnt. Even though we knew the times were 6am-9am. I thought that was sweet

Parking wasn’t the best. After 5 it seemed I had to park all the way at the end of the lot. With 2 kids in the snow , rain and cold temps we had that week, it was a pain

So that's why I gave it a 9. I would of gave it a 10 but the breakfast was not good. The breakfast sandwiches were cold and stale and didn't have a lot of selections other than waffles. I feel like for how nice the hotel is the breakfast should be a bit more upscale. There should be a hot breakfast like bacon and eggs

More hot breakfast selections also there was some kids running up and down the hallway all night. I guess some one was throwing a hotel party, which I thought hotels put a stop to that if they weren't formal so hearing that all night was a little irritating but overall the stay was nice

The facility was great ,clean,fresh and modern.We definitely enjoyed the pool,and the free breakfast was amazing.

No free "wifi",you have to sign up and join the Hilton family,which would be fine for frequent travelers.,.We only stayed 1 night so it was just a.minor inconvenience but of we were there longer it would definitely have been an issue.

Property was well maintained, customer service exceeded expectations. We were there for a youth volleyball tournament and the staff opened the breakfast area up extra early for the kids so they could eat before the tournament. Very impressed and felt very welcomed, will stay there again!

The parking lot in the evening did have an overwhelming smell of marijuana, that was not pleasant.

proximity to everything. 5 mins from I75. 10 mins from Jungle Jim 1 min from showcase theatre(walking) and restaurants. 7 mins from mall. breakfast had a wide variety from sandwich’s already made to toast bagels boiled eggs make your own waffle cereal…. very clean and modern.

mattress hard and uncomfortable. towels very thin and small and weirdly although most of the towels seem clean, the wash cloths even though ‘ hopefully clean’ were dingy and gray with permanent stains🤮
