Hampton Inn and Suites Tulsa/Catoosa

Happy with the property but will NEVER use Booking.com again. Customer service was horrible, hung up on me, did not call the property as they said they would. It took me a solid hour to get your employees to fix whatever problem they had, they would not allow me to cancel and pay the property myself, but threatened me will being charged the full amount if I cancelled a reservation YOU WERE UNABLE TO ACTUALLY MAKE AND LEFT ME AND MY FAMILY STANDING IN THE LOBBY OF HOTEL FOR AN HOUR! Never again, plus I was advised by the property that I paid WAY more then they charge. I will share my story on social media, letting people know you are ripping them off and not following through on reservations than holding your customers hostage will you fix YOUR ERROR!

Great location, beautiful decor and layout

Went to the swimming pool at 8:30am (30 minutes after opening for the day) and there was only one clean towel and several dirty towels. Maybe it was a busy night but would have anticipated the facilities would have been cleaned during night shift while they are closed to customers. Also, the levels of the hot tub were off so we had to get out and the hot tub was closed until noon. This could have been taken care of during the night and would not have had to close the hot tub during operating hours.

Room was very clean & comfortable. Hotel was nice. Staff was friendly & helpful. Complimentary breakfast was great.

We went for the sole purpose of the indoor pool/hot tub for my 6 yr. olds birthday. It was nice & clean, but the water was absolutely freezing. We couldn't even swim longer than a few minutes. The hot tub was nice & much needed after the polar plunge...lol...but when the jets were turned on the chlorine smell/fumes were so strong our eyes were burning/watering like crazy.

Everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly with the new Hilton app. My phone is always with me so this made it so easy! All staff are so friendly and attentive. One morning I went down to get breakfast for the family. A staffer saw that I was juggling several plates and quickly brought out a tray for me. I really appreciated it. The facilities are really clean. The beds, sheets, and blankets are very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel if you're ever in need of a place to rest! I have family in town and frequent Tulsa quite a bit. Will come back again in the future!

The Desk Clerk was very helpful and friendly the staff was great when we had any questions, Loved the Hot Tub, great location to everything close to all the restaurants & Right across the street from the Hard Rock Casino. I Highly recommend it. We will be back to stay again for sure.

The bathroom shower had mold on the bottom of the glass doors that needed clean, the pool wasn't that heated, but over all nice place. Beds were kind of hard could use softer beds people pulling trailers parked them where they took up four to five parking spaces so you couldn't park close to your room( That's hard when you are Handicap) when ask the desk clerk she said they didn't write down tag numbers so she has no ideal who they are so she could not have them move them. I Feel They Need to call Tow Truck have them towed.

There were several choices at breakfast. The food was hot & the area was clean. The location was great. We were attending a concert at the Hard Rock Casino & from the time we checked in we did not have to drive again. There was a Pub & GrIll walking distance from hotel & hotel & Hard Rock both were running shuttles so we caught one both ways.

Everything was great

We had an ant issue in our original room and they switched us rooms. We booked for a two bed room and because my daughter was scared of heights (they were gonna switch us to the 5th floor) they upgraded us to a king suite! The lady was extremely sweet about it all and extremely understanding! Their hot tub was even available. Over all we completely enjoyed staying here.

Honestly there wasn’t anything to not like. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! The facility is very nice

Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Loved the shower! Comfy bed and pillows.

1st day arriving there was ice in parking lot and sidewalks. Very hazardous to get around. Our car was sliding all over and we almost slipped and fell on ice numerous times. There was little or no treatment to parking lot or sidewalks. The following day however they finally treated everything. Also thought there was a shuttle to the casino,but there wasn't.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was very friendly.

There was a dog the second day that was whining until late that night..

Breakfast was great.

I would have like to have stayed an additional night but the clerk at the desk would not give me the same rate as my original booking. (I booked through a 3rd party)
