The staff & security were very polite & kind. Any questions we had they answered &/or assisted us. Our room overlooked the pool & that was wonderful! The elevators were good because of the room cards needing to be scanned to access the floors to the rooms. It made us feel safe.
The only thing that was a slight negative was the difficulty navigating the hotel because all of the areas looked very similar & it was easy to get lost. It would be nice if maybe the hotel could be color coded or have a map like in the amusement parks that says u are here & shows how to navigate the hotel & casino areas.

Ashtrays everywhere, spic n span clean, no cigarette stinch....the food in the Restaurants is delicious and Diner 66's homemade ranch dressing made my simple lil salad the best ever, if u can believe that! Creamy! Every employee is exceptionally kind & friendly and so many offering their help...... we were there 2 nights/3 days. We love Tulsa and have been visiting every 4-5 months since August. Got a grandson at U of A in Fayetteville! Just a really nice getaway trip!

It was very warm and inviting. It was very clean and maintained. The staff was outstanding and very attentive. The room was very clean and comfortable, the bed was hands down the most comfortable of any place we have stayed!
The nonsmoking gaming section seemed a lot smaller and has fewer options that the two smoking sections. And both of the large bars was in the smoking area. The smoking made us not spend as much time gaming or enjoying the shows as we wanted to.

The property was great the staff were very helpful. I gave this a poor rating because they did not have or reservation from you. We had booked through you, paid for two nights when we reserved the room on March 18. On arrival (big concert weekend) no reservation, Res # 2645836385. They had a room for one night so we paid the hotel directly for one night. We stay one night but paid for three nights. Can booking.com help us?

Nice, spacious room with mini fridge, coffee and vending near by. Very clean facilities and friendly staff, shout out to Paul! Lots of attractions close by. Special request was honored for a room close to the elevator.
No spa services although fitness center was available. Short staffing in all areas of the facility making dining choices limited at the major restaurants. Buffet and steak house were closed. No valet. Don't advertise something that's not available.

Check-in was very irritating. Two desk clerks and a long line of guests. Each guest check-in took 10-15 mins, minimal and some even longer. Then, being told an additional $50 would be held until check out and the room being cleared by housekeeping. I can understand the need for such a policy, but this could be divulged at reservation time. It went over badly after standing in line for almost an hr to check in.

The room itself was great. Bed was comfortable. I loved the pool area.
The selection of food you could while at the pool. I just think there needs to be a little more added that you can order. Also, didn’t like the fact that there was nothing to eat after 11pm inside of the casino. Maybe think about extending the hours of the food court. I didn’t like that housekeeping knocked on the door an hour before check out.

Finding hotel check in was a little hard. We got the queen suite in the Cherokee tower. Only complaint was the pull out couch bed was broken on one side when we pulled it out. It definitely needs to be replaced.

Casino! Had shopping, diner, band that night and we got little guitar chocolates ❤️ Shout out to the staff at the Diner, Makayla was amazing and treated us perfectly. Same to the gift shop ladies, they really liked their job. Thanas ladies!

We were greeted very nicely and even offered cookies at check in.Nice to have everything under one roof, my husband also golfed and it was very nice other than it rained us out. Our room was very clean.
Everything under one roof but several places were closed so our food chooses were very limited and the one we chose took over 45 minutes for a 'hot ham and cheese" ridiculous!!!
