Hampton Inn Tulsa/Broken Arrow

Keith the night manager was exceptionally thoughtful and helpful and as we stayed three nights, we always observed him busily cleaning and buffing the marble counters in the dining area for the next morning. We heard him say he keeps the coffee fresh for various guests as they come in during the evening and when we asked for housekeeping in the middle of our stay, they did an excellent job and were very friendly. We haven't stayed in such a clean and hospitable hotel in a very long time.

the room was not completely cleaned. I found a year old expired yogurt in the fridge. there were sticky coffee mess stains around the cups/ice section of the table. to top it off were the disgusting, yellow, splatter, ‘stains’ on the blankets and furniture provided in the room.

The breakfast was hot, great selection, and well presented. The area was cheerful and clean. Everyone was very nice.

We had a problem with our toilet not flushing; however, that can happen anytime and the room was very nice. I loved how they designed the space, it was exceptional.

Clean hotel located close to where I needed to be. Check in was very quick and efficient. Same with checkout. Computer room available and snack and soda machines well stocked.

Breakfast needs work. How hard is it to make decent scrambled eggs, omelets, and sausages?

The heating and air unit rattled day and night. Notified the front desk and they sent housekeeping who played with it and nothing changed. Sleeping was difficult.

The breakfast was amazing as was the selection offered. The room was incredibly comfortable and clean. The staff was really nice.

The only thing I didn't like was our room being right by the elevator because we would hear the creaking from it all the time. It was very loud.

Great breakfast facility. Easy to locate hotel.

My room was on the side that faced a busy road and I could hear the cars as they accelerated away from the corner signal.

Would like more variety. We stayed 4 nights & had the same breakfast choices Attendant was always working hard. Cleaning, checking the area , offering assistance. Her name was Patricia. Great employee

Breakfast was decent. Coffee was pathetic! (Weak, watery, both mornings.) Comfy bed. Room seemed clean.

One main complaint: Old showerhead splattered everywhere, except where you wanted it. Was not adjustable (may've been year's ago.) But shower water was plentiful and warm. (Had to get my own towels at front desk on second day because housekeeping didn't pick up.)

Breakfast and location were great for us. Lady serving breakfast was informative and entertaining. The room was even nicer than we were expecting and the price was great compared to other lodging around that area.

We did NOT like the comforter on the bed. It was heavy and kept sliding off the foot of the bed. We needed it for warmth, but it made sleeping less than desirable because it kept pulling/slipping down toward the foot of the bed.
