Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tulsa S Broken Arrow Hwy 51, an IHG Hotel

Breakfast was good, Lots of choices with fruit, cereal, pancakes, scrambled eggs, and biscuits and gravy. The juice/beverage dispenser was not working, but milk and cold water was available. Seating was comfy, and lots of options for different sized families. Miniature golf club and balls were located in the lobby, though we did not use them. Check-in Staff was wonderful, and greeted us with a smile. Acted genuinely interested in us as guest. Very quiet hotel, convenient location and great parking options. Felt very safe and secure. Our room was located right off the lobby and elevator, but we were not bothered by noises. We loved the size of the room, and love that, instead of bar soap in the bathroom, there was pump soap and lotion, and pump shampoo, conditioner, and soap in the shower as well. Room and Bathroom were spotless, and the room darkening shades in the room was most amazing! Loved them!

Our whole stay was great. We will be going back there soon for another Family weekend. We had a few key issues at the beginning when we went to our 1st room. I went back down to the desk to discuss the keys. The attendant and I were able to plan accordingly. However, she ended up helping us with the keys again, because of that issue. She upgraded us to a larger room for the inconvenience of our issue. Our Room was Amazing and pretty! We had plenty of room for our family!

Great hotel, good price for a busy weekend. Everything was clean and in good order. Beds were comfortable.

The ice maker! Holy cow, that thing was loud. We would just drift off to sleep and then someone would either would fill their buckets or more ice would drop into the machine and wake us up. It was across the halls and 2 doors down but we heard it all night.

I thought the location was awesome, the town of Broken Arrow was super cute! The staff was extremely professional and helpful. The rooms were fab! I didn't find out until we left there was a fitness center, so this would definitely be a reason that I would come back!!!!

The only thing that I was not satisfied with was the breakfast...however, I come from Europe where healthy choices are available. For example, I usually find many fresh fruit options, vegetables, cold cuts, a variety of fresh bread, Fresh squeezed orange juice, smoothie bar, espresso machine. I felt the options were extremely limited at the breakfast bar

Room was perfect for our family. Very spacious. Breakfast had a big assortment. Lots to do just at the hotel like swimming or putt putt. Loved the Watkins soap that was provided.

Didn't have an ironing board. We checked out a couple of games and one didn't have a game in it and the other didn't work. Took them back to the front desk and the guy just stuck them back in the basket instead of setting them aside so someone else doesn't get them. We were by the elevator and every time it was in use it made it sound like someone was running with a cart.

Pool although I wished it was warmer. Breakfast was perfect. I've not had experience with a one minute pancake maker & you had peanut butter for the pancakes. Blessed 💝 My grandsons cried when we left cause they wanted to stay longer. 🤗

Heard doors opening & closing before 7am but hotel was full!

Room was very clean, staff was friendly, safety precautions all in place, beds were extremely comfortable, selection of coffee/tea was nice. There's an inroom microwave and fridge. Area was quiet. Nice restaurants nearby. Decor is pleasant. Price is reasonable.

The TV remote didn't fully work. On/off button was broken? The TV had some burnt-out pixels so there was a white line thru part of the display. The pod coffee maker worked once then kept shutting off when we tried again. The alarm clock display was unreadable. The A/C unit had a gap in it's casing so when the unit was off, there was whistling from wind outside rushing in. No towel bars. Pool may have just been serviced, but it looked cloudy.

We are vegetarian and the choices were excellent! The hotel breakfast hostess was very conscientious and asked if we had everything we needed. It was located perfectly and plenty of seating even with a large Saturday crowd!

The indoor heated pool was a bit chilly but that makes you burn more calories! The tornado sirens went off and the staff asked us to join them in the lobby but it's spring in Okla so their going door to door to protect the visitors was awesome. No complaints!

Easy to find property. We felt safe. Nice exterior & interior. Comfortable beds & friendly staff.

The first room we had had ants and the refrigerator had issues. The second room has shades that were malfunctioning. The USB ports were damaged and unusable. The pool was disgusting bugs, bandaids and other things floating. The floor has tile missing in more than one area.

This is such a beautiful and clean hotel. We have stayed here twice now over the last 3 months and it's just exceptional. The breakfast Is delicious!! Great location to EVERYTHING.
