Breakfast is always the highlight. Thankfully the AC worked great in our room, which was a dramatic change from the last time we stayed a month before.

The property is generally dirty. A comprehensive makeover is needed -- the cover was missing from the vent in our bathroom, the toilet was loose, the shower needed to be replaced, trash was overflowing in receptacles in the common areas, windows needed to be cleaned, room door was very difficult to open. In addition, the hotel ignored my room request at booking -- since Quality purchased the property, we have not stayed in an interior room as requested.

They have an awesome breakfast buffet. All you can eat. They have a wonderful and clean pool. The rooms are clean. The staff are so polite and so helpful. They have a pretty cool and comfortable lounge with reasonably priced drinks.

We had an issue with the air conditioning. With temperatures in the 100's outside the rooms were very muggy and hot. They do have fans available but I had to buy three more just to keep all four of us cool. They could use an area for service animals to use the restroom or to run free for a little bit. A dog park would be nice.

The beds were comfy, it was very clean, nice breakfast, beautiful huge indoor pool that was actually open, friendly staff

I didn’t like the toilet. It was like sitting on the floor & I’m only 5’3, most the food was cold but when the lady brought out more food, we told her about it & she apologized & turned the cookers heat up. I thought the lighting was very poor. There are so many places that have a small step up & I tripped twice but didn’t fall. One step was going into our room & the lighting was really poor there.

We loved the indoor pool for the kids. The breakfast was delicious. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. This was the best motel we have stayed at so far.

I really wish the pool would have stayed open later. We arrived around 8 because we had to drive 6 hours after getting off work. The kids only got to swimm for about an hour. They didn't get to swim the next day because we had an early funeral to attend. They were really sad that they could only swim for less than an hour. The whole reason we chose this motel was because it was the best priced motel with an indoor pool. Most motels keep their pools open until at least 10 or 11. That would have made our stay 110% better.

Everything, breakfast is great housekeeping is great, and the hotel Stagg is wonderful.

Construction is going on to make the place up to date but instead of one or two rooms under Construction at a time half the hotel is in various stages.

Our room was great. We've stayed at this hotel several times, and the rooms have been good. But our latest room was the best (Room 111). Also loved interior room instead of exterior. Great bed, great shower, always great breakfast buffet.

Most of everything is good. Property seems to have improved over the years, but continue to pursue TLC and maintaining rooms, common areas, etc.

wonderful breakfast. i enjoyed staying in the pool-side room. the swimming pool was indoors and very nice. there is a lounge on-site and it was great, especially with the live band there. overall great place.

There is anyhing about this place that I didn't like.

We asked for handicap room on first floor king bed. When we arrived she said she didn’t have any left. And we could get a king on the 2nd floor. Or double on first floor. With no elevator that wasn’t a option as I am handicap. We requested this days ahead of arrival.

The staff was amazing and friendly. Helped me out whenever I needed it. Food prepared for breakfast was really good.

Always smelled like cigarette smoke

The staff was nice & helpful. The room looked just like the ads & was very clean. Then, there was the pool, the "hot breakfast" which was actually "hot & good," great location, excellent wifi, TV, microwave, refrigerator, & price. We stayed one night, & I can't wait to go back.
