We stayed three nights and only received clean towels on the 3rd night. One person told us that after two nights you got fresh sheets. We came back late on the third day and our room still had not been made up or cleaned. We were out of towels, soap, trash bags and coffee. They said you had to throw your towels in the hall to get fresh ones. The hotel was very clean and nice but this was a real turn off because nothing was written or posted anywhere that told the conditions of staying more than one night.

Breakfast was fair. No hot coffee on 3rd morning. No housekeeping on 3rd day.

So the night before I checked in, I read some negative reviews people had written. I paused but then decide to go ahead with the reservation. So glad I did. I travel a lot. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels. I do know from a friend in the hotel industry,that many customers complain for a number of questionable reasons. Some are in hopes of getting a free room or future freebies. Some people are never satisfied. I choose this hotel and location because it is close to the interstate and close to the airport. And a friend who lives in OKC recommended it. I checked in 3 hours early. Everyone was exceptional. I went over the room with a fine toothed comb. The room and the bedding..spotless. The lobby was spacious and beautiful. My friend met me there and we visited in the lobby for 2 hours. The hotel is minutes away from downtown and we had a great dinner there. I was in OKC to pick up a little dog I was adopting. There was no additional fee, contrary to what others have written. There was easy access to outdoors. Everything I needed was in th room. I checked out at 4 a.m. to catch a flight out. The night staff were there on duty. And the coast of the room..$79.00..was cheap. It has been, maybe 35 years since I stayed in a room for $79.00. I complmented the staff. I am a RN and I know how all the negative comments get th most attention. I have only good things to say.

Our stay was in celebration for my daughter's graduation for the University of Oklahoma! The room was clean and VERY convenient to the OU campus. However, I should have paid closer attention to the details or the room. The beds were doubles, not queens, so three "adults" including my 6'4" 16 year old son, our sleeping arrangements were right. No big deal. My bad for not reading more closely. So, my only complaint is, for the amount I paid for the room, I expected better "maid" service. I understand that most places have reduced cleaning the room daily to save on cleaning supplies and having employees on the clock, but we didn't realize that until the afternoon after our first night. When we returned to find the room the unmade, I called the desk and they explained rooms are only cleaned if a guest stays four nights. That first morning, we realized there were only two bath towels, so I shared with my teenage son. We went to the graduation. It was a VERY hot day and we did a good deal of walking (and sweating!) so we wanted to shower to be fresh for our evening celebration. I was already down to my skivvies when I realized the towels were on the floor from our early morning showers. When I called to ask about bringing us fresh towels, they said if we brought the towels to the front desk, they'd give us a fresh set. We were on the fourth floor, so it wasn't really a "quick trip." I KNOW It might seem petty, but, having paid $550 for two nights, I guess I expected someone from maid services could bring fresh towels. Or, at check in, explain that the rooms would not be cleaned since we were only staying two nights so we would know to hang the towels or at least ask for another bath towel. Other than that, the room was clean, the staff was very friendly and our stay was pleasurable.

The location is perfect for me while visiting family in the area. I liked this room better than the one I had on my last stay - doors in the hallway closed more quietly and the wifi worked better on 1st floor.

Allow luggage drop - meaning I check out in the morning, and I can come back in the afternoon to pick up my luggage on the way to the airport. I was surprised the hotel didn't offer this, and I was even more surprised when the desk clerk said she had never heard of it.

Location was great, room was comfortable, quiet and clean, and staff was pleasant. There were storms that night and we arrived very late. I called to let them know we were still on our way and they kept a room available for us. I had requested a ground floor room, which was honored. I would definitely stay at this property again.

No complaints. In our case, it would have been helpful to have the bath vanity separate from the toilet and tub to allow one person to brush their teeth or apply makeup while the other person showered, but just a suggestion in designing future hotels, not expecting a total redesign on this location.

The location was great to get to everything

People at front desk were not very friendly. Felt as if they were doing me a favor to check in and check out. Breakfast was ok but not what I expected for a hot breakfast. Breakfast Station was too spread out. Three different areas to get waffles at one area, juice and toast in another and coffee in the hallway area. People with plastic bags sitting in hallway on the floor

Location was great and the price was awesome.

I didn’t absolutely love the breakfast options - but it was decent! That’s just me. Also, you couldn’t take the elevator down from the 4th floor because the buttons were not functioning and wires were sticking out. But, I got some exercise. Not a huge deal for me, but could be really hard for someone who can’t take the stairs.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was soft enough to relax in but firm.

The front desk checked my room out to someone else. As I was getting comfortable, someone was it my door attempting to use a key card. When I opened the door she apologized and said "I think I know why my key isn't working". All while her sister was downstairs getting a new key. I did in fact run into the sister as she exited the elevator with a new key to my room. The sisters had to return to the front desk.

The bed was mushy and soft. Obviously had been slept on mostly on left side near nite table. I had to move to middlé so i wouldnt roll to the more heavily slept on side. I guess some like foam mattresses, but i do not. Not good support. Also a/c- heat pump was unadjustable and very loud. Room was good size and clean were positive. Since it was a family visit and short, i spent very little time in room. So quiet and comfy are paramount to me.

The check in was smooth, super busy guy and he did amazing with it - the room was big, clean and the location was amazing

The breakfast was lackluster - we kept waiting on the lady to refill things and it took her quite a while - she seemed uninterested in working, maybe just having a bad day
