Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Norman

The breakfast was very good and the lady that keep it up was very nice and friendly. Sara at front desk was very sweet and accommodating. The rooms were very nice, beds very comfortable & plenty of room. That got me close to an elevator which was very nice. I just wished pool had been working as we were expecting it to be.

I was very disappointed when I called to be sure indoor pool was working to get there to find out that the heater was broken and pool was cold as ice. The pool being open was why I changed my reservation to Fairfield and called day of and was told all was good but it wasn’t we tried the first night to swim in it and it was so cold we couldn’t stand in. I feel like they deceived me.

The location was perfect. 3 miles from the wedding we attended at Southwind Hills.

There was a little mold on the tiles around the shower; nothing that spraying Tilex wouldn't take care of. Breakfast ran out of hot food a little early. We were charged more on our credit card than the printed bill states.

The size of room, set of room, cleaned of room, good supplies, excellent staff and good customer service, best location everything near by. Would definitely consider staying again

Breakfast could have added bread so everyone can eat. For kids there was nothing much for breakfast. Also one sofa chair was missing like in other hotel room. Bathtub water was not going off quickly.

The front desk staff was amazing and so was the food and the staff stocking the food.

If I were being picky I’d say I’d like more of a selection at the front with the snacks. That being said I should point out many hotels don’t provide that amenity at all.

The staff was friendly and helpful. From check in to check out we were treated with respect. The lady running the delicious breakfast was very hospitable. She even had little treats for the kids that she passed out. She kept the food fresh and the bar very clean.

No complaints. The property was clean. The bed was comfortable. We will stay again.

IT WAS CENTRALLY LOCATED TO EVERYTHING.

There was no housekeeping so my dirty towels and trash was piled in my room. I was told that my towels an trash would be taken out as I requested but this did not happen.

Staff was very friendly. Room was very comfortable.

Part of the outer window was broken. I was able to open the window when it should have been locked. I was on the first floor. That made me very uncomfortable.

The staff was welcoming, parking was convenient, the room was very comfortable, clean and the hotel was easy to find off I-35. Also, several restaurants, (we were especially glad an IHOP was close for breakfast) shopping areas close to the property.

All the staff members are very friendly and very accommodating. The place is very nice and safe. I will definitely come back again.

For the breakfast, I wish they had regular bread. Wish there was 1 more chain in the room.

The quality of this facility was much less than other Fairfield properties that I have used. I would rate this as no better than a C It was clean, but the bed was something I would expect in a budget property
