Very nice clean hotel. Very large room. My room had the kitchen which was really nice that came with nice dishes and cooking tools. They even provided a basket that we could use to carry clothes down to laundry room. Love the feather down pillows.
Did not like that had to take towels and wash cloths down to front desk if wanted new ones. They tan put of wash cloths so I just had to wait for them to wash the ones I was turning in. They did not know the TV box was missing I had to report that the TV was not missing. This should have been known before my arrival but they did take care of it quickly. The room always smelled stuffy like a nursing home everytime we walked in. They may want to invest in deodorizer for rooms.

Great and quiet location - super close to shopping and food. The building looked well maintained and kept up. Super friendly front desk staff. I thought the bed was comfy, but my husband did not. (personal preference) I LOVE that they had a hand soap pump instead of bar soap. I have been waiting for ALL hotels to adopt this practice for years and years!
The bathroom was a little dirty. There was some trash on the floor when we got to our room. The shower needs an upgrade!

Beds were really comfortable. Loved the shower pressure and the shampoo/conditioner/body gel provided. Staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating for any of our needs. Free laundry and gym. Wipes and towels were provided in the gym. The cupboard was like a little convenience store.
The AC unit was squeezed between the bed and the wall. One person suffered with being cold all night long and, if they moved, they blocked the air flow and everyone else would get hot. Many places have AC units right by the bed, which doesn’t make sense. Someone should solve that problem. Also, the gym wasn’t cleaned. The cup holders in the machines had crumbs and when I used the recumbent bike, my shoes were dirtied with dust marks from the foot straps. I estimated that at least 6 people total used the gym during our stay, so people definitely use it.

It was clean and quiet.
There was no directions on how to use TV. Almost wasn't enough toilet paper and no hand soap. Had 2 Queen size beds but on two sets of towels, wash cloths, and hand towels. Not enough for three people. No free breakfast which I would assume for the for the price and classiness of the hotel. Person at front desk didn't seem to know if there were Xtra towels!

The concierge was shabbily dressed. Please make sure your greeting staff is not dressed in clothes that just look like they finished working on their car. Hide the neck tattoos and be articulate when speaking to your guest. You all should really make sure whoever is representing your establishment is classy and well dressed. 👎🏻

Quiet location, close to OnCue and Sonic. The room was clean, large and roomy. Friendly staff, and helpful manager.
Minor hold up checking in, due to issue with bookings.com paying the property our prepayment. Bookings.com listed the hotel pinned elsewhere. No ice in the ice maker in suite, and no ice available when I asked the front desk. Missing cream and sugar for in room coffee brewing, but there was coffee, salt and pepper :)
