Ramada by Wyndham Enid

good stay, clean room, shower had good pressure and water got super hot fast! hotel undergoing remodeling so hallway had wet paint and room numbers were taped on. Staff were friendly and helpful, it’s a big building! Breakfast was awesome! there’s a restaurant attached and you get a voucher at the front desk for free breakfast.

There was a mildest smell that was very strong, but I know it has to do with the swimming area. It so strong that I couldn’t stand it. other than that we really enjoyed our stay. It’s not our first time staying there and the staff is always so polite.

We were in town for a funeral. The hotel was very accommodating. The staff was friendly and the manager had a great personality. The hotel was being remodeled during our stay and even though we were on that floor there was no disruptions for us.

Location was good, staff was very nice, the pool and hot tub were excellent!

The toilets flushed rather hard and noisy. The A/C also made some rumbling noise intermittently...sounded like a bearing or the compressor unit.

Should add a lower calorie breakfast choice.

The bathtub needs the metal bars for assistance to get out of the tub.

I like that breakfast was included even though I didn't eat breakfast there. Good location, right on a main street- and it was quiet. I brought my small dog so allowing pets is a plus.

Construction around entrance was a bit of a pain.

Did everything was pretty good and everything was pretty well taken care of and staff were decent in the location was perfect everything that I wanted to get to

It was really good at all except for the fact that underneath the soap holder in the shower on the lower one in room 175 had mold black mold and on the ceiling in the shower area there's a little black dot Probably about a quarter size

The room was very nice and spacious, the bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, the place was very clean and inviting. Great TV reception and wireless. Everything in the room worked perfectly. Quiet, well insulated against noise. I felt secure in my room and going back and forth to my vehicle. Especially appreciated having the microwave, fridge and coffee maker in my room during this COVID-19 period, because of the apparent disregard for safety of everyone shown by the maskless restaurant staff at the motel. I was at least happy to see the housekeeping ladies wearing masks....

I was VERY disappointed to see that the staff in the motel and in the restaurant were not wearing masks. I walked out of the restaurant the first day because of this and never returned. It seems to me that even though Enid seems to have no mask mandate and a has a low incidence of COVID-19, that ESPECIALLY motels should realize that people from all over the country where the incidence is high(er) are visiting, not Enid residents. The apparent lack of common sense, choosing to put people at increased risk does not say much for the management.

The room was larger than expected and very comfortable. The free breakfast was also different then what was expected and very satisfying. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.
