Home Away Kitchen Suites Enid

Home Away Suites in Enid, Oklahoma was the best deal or “bang for our buck” (before taxes) LoL. Overall our room was clean, comfortable and close to shopping. We also enjoyed having a kitchen. We will most likely be back as to this Home Away Suites, Enid as it is a “safe haven” for us when we visit our daughter, son-in-law, and toddler grandchildren.

Our only disappointment was that the kitchen was missing some silverware and a dish, etc. Also, some of the staff was a “little” lazy and ill informed. Outside of those two things, it was a very good stay.

I called a couple of 3rd party phone numbers to book a reservation. Each time I received a different answer. I was told Home Away was sold out of rooms even though told the man the internet showed rooms were available, that there was no additional charge for a dog although it was $15, and there was a weight limit of 45 lb, next there was no weight limit. Then, and ultimately, there was no military discount. And then told there was but it wouldn't be given because the room had already been booked.

Communication between the various booking companies and hotel. There were many men outside in the parking lot drinking and partying after dark which made me feel unsafe. They seemed to be with possibly an electrical company.

no pots or pans to use, not enough silverware, no knives, kitchen not fully stocked. Requested in the morning for housekeeping to change towels, provide tissues, take garbage. was told by front desk to put garbage in hall and they would go in and give new liners. got back and nothing was done except trash from hall. Front desk person was kind enough to help get supplies even though she had new guests coming in

Good value, great staff assistance, room was very clean when I arrived. Cookware was available on request. King bed was comfortable and room furnishings were all neat and presentable.

Kitchenware was alright; sautee pan was a little small. The stove burners weren't level, which made cooking a little tricky. Otherwise the kitchen was fine. There was an odor from the floor drain in the bathroom, but it went away after using the shower once. Upstairs neighbors conversations and footsteps were very audible through the evening

Room was great overall--full sized kitchen appliances, very clean (even the oven was clean inside), spacious bathroom and room area, comfortable beds, easy to operate climate control in room. Good size TV with many channels. The location is awesome--there is an Aldi super close by, a Lowe's and Schlotsky's Deli in same parking lot area, and a Wal-Mart just past those.

The pillows were not comfortable for me--they are small and square shaped (very strange) and too full. They are probably great for someone with big shoulders, though.

This is a suite with a kitchen which I appreciated because we like home-cooked food instead of eating out. This property exceeded every expectation. EXTREMELY clean, LOTS of friendly attentive staff scurrying around making sure everything looked spic and span and well-attended. Got a receipt right away for our pre-booked stay. The room was HUGE and immaculate - even had a dishwasher and dishes and silverware and pans, etc. Best place I have EVER stayed anywhere.

Nothing could have been better. I would stay only at Home Away Suites if they were in every location I travel to.

The hotel was truly a home away from home. They had a full kitchen. The rooms were clean, the water pressure was good. They have a place out in the back where you can BBQ set up on a very nice shaded in deck. The price was very reasonable.

I wasn't too pleased with the mattress they could use an upgrade.

The bed was comfy and room was really clean. I stay for work, working night shift. When I asked not to be disturbed during the day, they made sure I was left in peace.

Working nights, I asked for a later check out so I may sleep a bit before my next shift. The woman on shift was unwilling to work with me or bother to check to see if they had the availability to allow for it. The sheets smelled, understandably, like bleach but it was a bit heavy.

Great late check-in experience and customer service from Tyler at the front desk. 👏 The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Very new and nice hotel in the west part of Enid!!

The hard floors were slick in the rooms. I did the splits in the bathroom, and not on purpose. It would be nice to have breakfast available at the hotel.

As always, the staff were very accommodating and friendly. No issues getting replacement bedding or towels. Nice having the coffee and water bar in the lobby.

Same complaint as the last 3 years we've stayed there. The right-hand elevator was out. With four floors of guests, the wait for the one working elevator can be a little long.
