Travelodge by Wyndham Enid

The staff was great very accommodating they really did go out of their way to help us with a few things. My 4-year-old wanted to get in the pool at like 9:00 in the morning and we were going to leave right after that they were nice enough to let us in. They also went out of their way to help us with several other things. The room was clean and they even let me check in a little bit early

I would have to be super picky to not like something about this place but if I had to pick something I'd say that maybe the rooms are a little bit dated. So everything's a little bit older style but still very well taken care of. The outside could use a refresh.

Grand Prairie Hotel in Enid, OK I googled hotels in Enid, OK close to the fairgrounds because two of my daughters show pigs for FFA and 4-H. I choose this hotel because the indoor pool looked very nice. As I pulled up to the property I wasn’t sure if I was at the right hotel, but my GPS said I had arrived. I went inside and they received my reservation through booking.com and had my room ready. I reserved a room with two queen beds that was non smoking for myself and my daughters. The manager was very kind and extremely helpful. He was so kind to help us bring our things upstairs. He truly went out of his way to make sure we had the perfect room. He brought us extra towels, pillows, and blankets which was very kind. His customer service and patience was truly what every person hopes for when they stay in a hotel. If there was a problem with anything he made sure it was taken care of as fast and efficient as possible. Tyler the assistant manager was very kind and accommodating for my daughters and I. The pool was warm and it was a pretty good size! The hot tub was relaxing! The only thing I saw problems with is that they truly need to in force that children are not allowed to be at the pool without their parents, maybe giving them wrist bands at the front desk to swim if their parent goes with them or something. Other than that our stay was pretty pleasant. The general manager was very kind as well, and I do believe they are upgrading all of their rooms! We will definitely stay again next year when show pig season starts again!

Children in the pool unaccompanied by their parents, and instead of being in swimming trunks they wore whitey tighty underwear which was in my opinion appropriate swim attire. I think they should have to wear swimming trunks and girls wear swimsuits. I do not think underwear or bra and panties are acceptable swim attire.

The beds were very comfortable in 131 but hard in 129... overall it was a comfortable stay and we would stay again when we are in town again.

There was no room phone in 131 and some minor over sights in the details of cleaning. We also had stained towels and there was no daily check from house keeping for trash and towels. If it was me I would take the desks out of the double queen rooms as it made the room to cramped. Also would recommend a door stopper since I booked joining rooms and had 3 toddlers in tow.

the ability to make quick reservations for a reasonable price

the fact that my check in was last minute and late at night..my kids woke up wanting to swim,which was fine but there was only 1 hour time for them to be able to do so because the pool didn't open til 10 and check out is at 11..amd the front desk worker told me that after check out they would no longer be allowed to swim unless I rented the room again

The heated pool is wonderful. AMAZINGLY KIND employees. First people I spoke to in Oklahoma, and I felt so welcomed. Made restaurant recommendations and the cash deposit is super convenient for those in need of their money back quicker. Incredibly satisfied with my decision, I can be uptight sometimes, so the fact I’m so happy, is ALOT!

Some outlets don’t work, but I didn’t find it a big deal at all.

We always try to find a pool for our grandchildren. The pool is heated and the kids love it. So many pools r 4 ft deep and it makes it hard for a 5 ft grandchild to enjoy. Grand Prairie pool is six ft and great for the teen child to enjoy. We will go back.

The appearance of the property needs improvement

The hotel was very clean and quiet, and the staff was extremely helpful. The room was HUGE and the bed was very comfortable. Even though there were other guests, we never heard people in the hallways or slamming doors or anything. They even offer weekly prices!

The area is a bit far off the main road in town, and the signage is non-existent, but it's still quiet and we'll cared for.

The location is right off US 81. It is just a straight shot from where I traveled from, Yukon, Oklahoma. I had stayed there before, but it was an OYO at that time. The staff was kind and courteous and check-in was a breeze. I was near everything I needed to be at during my stay. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean, and I will stay here if I'm ever in Enid, Oklahoma again.

Like the heated indoor pool & hottub. The staff is great and they are always helpful and friendly. Shout out to Theresa for her ability to bring this hotel back from its grave.

Upstairs animals and the Marshall islanders! I don't know which smells more offensive!

I like the location. The restaurants were closed and convenient. In the convenience stores were closing convenient.

I didn't like the weather.. it was kind of chilly. And the vent in the bathroom didn't work I didn't like that.
