Hotel Glenpool

Ok basic breakfast. Clean room. Ice maker and refrigerator worked. TV was good. Pleasant and helpful staff came out right away when I rang the bell. The bed was comfortable.

Suggested to the staff that, for safety, it would be helpful to have a handle or bar on the shower wall and anti-slip mats or strips in the tub. Lights in the parking lot were extremely bright, which is good for security, but the curtains could not block the light out. I did not sleep well, party from the light and partly from the loud doors closing at all hours. No closet or rack on which to hang clothes.

First time staying at Hotel Glenpool. Super easy to book at a affordable rate. Location is perfect right off 75, just 15 minutes to downtown Tulsa. Front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. Room was spacious, clean, fridge was bigger than standard ones in other hotels. Bed was surprisingly comfortable (along with the pillows)! Housekeeping came without being requested. I stayed during the week and it was pretty quiet. Would stay again.

The staff was so nice and accommodating. The breakfast was good, nice selection, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. We had our 10 year old son with us and the pull out sofa was perfect for him. We ended up needing to stay an extra night and they had no issues keeping us in the same room. Just a very nice, inexpensive place to stay. Would highly recommend for anyone whether solo or family.

The room was spacious and clean had a side entrance great for our dog close to the highway easy to continue our travels The room had black curtains allowing us to sleep early

No atmosphere the side door stuck and was a struggle for everyone we know cause our room was next to it. The breakfast was minimal and the coffee was weak and not available until 6

It was very quiet even though it was right off the highway. The room was very clean and very modern!

Only thing I would’ve liked to see was the small amenities, such as shampoo n conditioners. Unfortunately I hadn’t planned on stopping and didn’t grab any. There was a Walmart across the road but unfortunately it was midnight when I checked in. There was a single packet in the room for one. Which I let my daughter use. That was my absolute and only disappointment in my stay other than that everything was top notch!

the continental breakfast could have more choices - only hot item was biscuits and gravy and that was usually gone very fast because the workers staying would fill up containers for lunch box . the cable in my room would not work on a daily basis - had to reset the the cable box each day … also the air conditioner unit was loud

Pros: Fair price. Safe, clean, comfortable and a fairly modern room, It was also reasonably quiet. Housekeeping did clean and freshen towels every day.

Cons: Toiletries are not automatically supplied, had to request shampoo, etc. No one is ever at the front desk, must ring the bell each time. The breakfast provided was very minimal, i.e., wrapped apple, yogurt, cereal, toast, juice, coffee. Breakfast is not staffed or refilled as far as I could tell. TV remote barely worked (worn out buttons).

I liked the staff, the receptionist was very kind and checking in was super easy. The room was spacious and clean. I also liked the lighting in the room. I enjoyed having the opportunity to have breakfast in the morning before my long trip out of state.

I didn't particularly care for the breakfast option being extremely limited, but I'm very grateful for the coffee and for the food that they did have.

pretty much everything. don’t always get a room where you’d like but that is a good thing for them since they are always busy. clean and comfortable and surprising how nice rooms are when you see it’s an older building. they take good care of it.

I called at 10am for a late check out at noon. They told me to go to the front desk and pay an additional $10. First off, since when does a late check out at motel cost $10? They wanted me to get out of bed and go to the front desk. That's the reason why I called for the late check out! I instead checked out on time, and I asked why they would do this because I had a CC# on file. The owner played stupid and said it was a mistake. Come on...
