Staybridge Suites Tulsa-Woodland Hills, an IHG Hotel

The room was great, no complaints. property frequently has workers staying and they congregate directly in front of door smoking. This was a big turn off to have to walk through that to get into the building. smoking away from doors would be preferable. Also the hallways smells like old broccoli. I noticed a trash can by the back door that maybe hadn’t been changed for a few days? It wasn’t fresh cooking smell it was old food. I was in town for a funeral and just wanted to settle in, the girl at the desk didn’t seem very interested in helping me find a room. she just told me they had no queens and left it at that. In the end I went back out to my car, booked a room for less, which was a queen, and came back in. The room seemed clean and was comfortable. The breakfast looked good but coffee was really awful though. Gagging bad! 8/10

The suite was REALLY nice and considered the fact that we’ve been traveling for two weeks, the laundry room was a welcoming surprise. Breakfast was surprisingly nice too.

Sadly the staff wasn’t very welcoming. If asked a question it seemed like you’ve disturbed them in something VERY important and the answer was a bit harsh. Next, we’ve booked this place for two nights because of the pool so it was VERY frustrating to discover that the pool was closed for an entire day.

I liked the location. Many restaurants to choose from nearby. Felt safe because after 10pm a room key was required to gain entry to the hotel. Friendly staff.

Hallways were a bit warm and stuffy. One elevator ran a bit rough. Freezer could have been colder and on last day I think it was sending water into the refrigerator as it defrosted. As an older adult I don't find the height of new beds comfortable to get into but this is what is found in all hotels now.

Booked a 2 room suite. Pleasantly surprised there were 2 bathrooms, this alone would make me book with this hotel again. The suite was nice and big and clean. Liked the kitchenette. Very happy

Nothing i really didn't like... but a suggestion would be to offer more options on the kickback evening thing... especially something healthy even as simple as salad

i stubbed my toe getting up to use the restroom the tv is beside the bed not enough room to walk around but it was a cute room not sure there is enough room for the pull out couch we didnt try it but closet was nice and the kitchenette to cook there i love the coffee bar all day! hottub would be a perk

the room to get around the bed if you were next to the windows im 140 pounds 5,6 if i was bigger i would not fit between bed and tv stand

Nice layout in the suite. Beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets.Plenty of storage space. Felt safe in the hotel – which is my number one priority when I travel by myself.

Well it rained all day, one of the elevator shafts sounded like water was running into the bottom of the shaft. The front desk said the hotel is aware and has been unable to figure out what the problem is.

Location was beautiful and easy to get to. Close access to restaurants and toll roads when we headed out towards river, casino area for event, and Gathering place. Great breakfast and extremely friendly staff. Room was excellent as well. Very quiet, had all of the amenities we wanted, including kitchenette. If we come back with family, we would opt for same location.

Loved the little kitchen, couch, and desk, wifi was excellent. All the little extras were stocked, there was even a hair dryer. Nice size room and I loved the view of the courtyard from my windows. Staff was friendly and helpful as well. Grounds were clean and nicely landscaped, plenty of parking close by.

There were a few maintenance issues, shower curtain was barely hanging on the rod and rod was pulling out of the wall. Also there was no hot water in kitchen sink or bathroom sink. One of the window leaked water onto the sill during a heavy rain as well. Little things that need fixing but the room was nice otherwise and the staff seemed grateful that I reported those things.

Our stay was perfect. It was clean, comfortable plenty of room for my 4 kids, my husband and I and our fur baby.

Had issues when it came to our reservation and payment at no fault to us and it took 2 days to figure out and was truly stressful staff was trying to get things straightened out but instead of contacting each other they keep coming to me so it was a roller coaster and we had alot of money invested and not knowing if we had our room or not.

I like the location, it was near everything I wanted to go to. The quietness was pleasant. Definitely loved the noon checkout time, too.

The uncomfortable bed was disappointing. Someone left a dirty/used pitcher of water in the fridge. The charging port on the lamp, near the bed was not able to keep my charger stable and consistently charging.
