Holiday Inn Express Tulsa South Bixby, an IHG Hotel

Exceptionally managed and operated! The customer service is above and beyond what I’ve experienced in hotels 3x pricier. It’s an exceptional value. The pool was quite nice. Everything immaculately clean. Again, what puts this over the top and on level of excellence is the quality management and the experience created. Highly recommend. Too, it’s close to Costco and many good restaurants. Even close to good shopping and easy access to highway.

There was temporary loss of electricity in area that affected hotel, but management was exceptionally accommodative and made experience as good as it could’ve been.

The staff were very friendly, hotel was very well maintained and the breakfast was excellent. There was a good variety of food options each morning. In addition, this is the first hotel I have stayed at since the pandemic that cleans the rooms each day.

Staff was excellent, so friendly and so easy to talk to. I had asked for a specific room and the manager and front desk lady made sure I had it. Thank you to all the staff I will return again..

I over slept for the breakfast.this hotel has a great breakfast buffet. Hump. Just don't over sleep for it.

Clean rooms, the staff was nice and accommodating. Walking distance to several places to eat. Pool was nice and clean. They only allow 10 people in at a time to swim which we actually appreciated because we have two kids who are too young to be vaccinated. It was nice not to have to worry about over crowded areas.

It was a bummer they weren’t serving breakfast for our stay due to Covid, that’s more of a disappointment rather than a dislike of the property. They did still offer cold cereal and fruit which we did appreciate.

Breakfast was pretty good. Glad for the choice of hot items.

The refrigerator was so cold it froze the water bottles I put in. I tried to turn it down, but that didn't seem to change anything. The water bottles are too expensive.

The beds are so comfortable!! They also have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower and not just a little ones. Lucky was a the desk and he was GREAT!! So nice and very helpful!! Will definitely be staying there again soon

After a discouraging encounter with another hotel, this hotel was a blessing. Even with the late check in, staff and the hotel itself was amazing. Had a little mix up with the room cards but other than that everything was great. Love the town it's so quiet. We were so pleased, we even booked another stay when we came back through from our trip. Definitely will be choosing this hotel again for our next visit. Can't remember the maintenance guys name but he was awesome. Give that guy a raise. He deserves it!

Staff was awesome. Always are. Rooms are always super clean.

Had 2 rooms of young people partying all night. Loud in the hallway not in our room thank god Hallway smelled like weed SO bad from.those people. Not the hotels fault No sheets on pull put bed. Had to ask for them. No towels in pool area Wasnt cleaned. Stuff was left from the people before it was freezing the ac was so cold. Pool was good and warm. Hot tub was not hot at all. And right under the cold ass ac Beds are very hard

Location was great. Breakfast should be held later and ran out of stuff early.

It was all good. Only complaint is I'm a member and this is about my 12th or more stay at Holiday and still cant get my points or rewards added on. So I am thinking about looking into other hotels with rewards.

Love the location, pool, and overall stay. Big bonus was they shower caddy full of Dove products.

They beds were so hard that my husband and I didn't sleep well and had a hard time moving first thing in the morning.
