Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott Tulsa Southeast/Crossroads Village

Spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and, even though our room was facing the highway, it was very quiet. The water was always hot and the shower was great! The staff did great on breakfast. It had flavor and the eggs weren't runny or rubbery. You could tell they took pride in their job.

The refrigerator was too small for our needs. We also enjoy hit chocolate instead of coffee, and there was none to be found...not in the room, at breakfast nor in the little 'market' (which could also use a little overhaul).

After staying in hospital all night with daughter, we were allowed to arrange late check out. Didn't need it after all, but was grateful.

Loud obnoxious music in breakfast area was annoying early in the morning. Also pretty sure, while waiting on elevator with grandkids, I witnessed hooked leading her client to a room down the hall. Not sure I can really blame facility on this one.

Your hot tub was broke and drained the whole 9 days we were there. 😩 Also air conditioner started leaking on the 7th day of stay... I told 2 different people and it wasn't ever fixed. 🤷‍♀️ I was just trying to prevent damage of property. The ''free" breakfast was a frozen biscuit and one microwave didn't spin and wouldn't warm the frozen biscuit ☹ Oh and the fold out couch mattress was awful. The king mattress needs a mattress pad you could feel the springs 227 Thank you!

Our room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was super comfortable. Bathroom was clean and a good size. Water pressure for the shower was outstanding! There are 2 elevators so you don't have to wait forever to go up to your room or downstairs. The lady checking us in was fantastic and was even able to get the 2 rooms I booked a connecting door so we didn't have to go out in the hall anytime we wanted to visit.

We were super bummed that the hot tub was closed and the pool is not heated. After a lot of hours traveling in the car, we just wanted a good soak to relax the muscles. The bathtub was too small for a good soak. Breakfast was just a warm up sandwich.

Easy-peasy check-in and out. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Facility well maintained. The make your own waffles were pretty good. I did not like the sausage. There was also biscuits and gravy but I did not try those or the eggs. Apple and orange juices, cereal, muffins and apples and bananas.

No blackout curtains. Curtains were thin and I felt a lack of privacy. If I can see out, maybe someone can see in.

Breakfast was good and coffee great. It was funny though I did see some little ants on the counter at the Tulsa location. Also, was looking forward to workout room but was closed for renovation and the washing machines were not working a couple of days. Also, was disappointed that they did not have any newspapers or pamphlets on things to do???

our room key cards had to be reset a few times during our 3 night stay but a minor inconvenience and staff super prompt and kind.

Employees were all very friendly and smiled. Beds were very comfortable. Clean room.

I wish there was a blind to cover the window. We arrived late, and light came in very early. Small complaint. The eggs were watery and they removed the cereal early for some reason. My son wanted another bowl. lol But there were other items to fill him up!

seems like its been under construction for years. water literally stopped near end of my shower last stay. they corrected Plumbing same day so not a huge deal

Pretty much everything! Clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast, we had a very good enjoyable stay.
