The place was clean, and the beds were super comfortable. It was quiet. You couldn't hear the neighbors or toilets flushing in the other rooms. The shower had great pressure, and the water was hot.

There were no chairs in the room. The bed was a little high for me to sit on comfortably, but I am a short 4ft 11in. I would have liked a chair.

The receptionist was fantastic despite having to handle an internal issue with the staff, easily multitasking but putting customers first. She took my request for a handicap accessible room seriously, planning ahead. The room was large, clean, and comforting. We will be back.

The cleaning staff was helpful and pleasant. And the pool was nice and well maintained. Shopping centers near by

It took 30min to check in and I was the 1st in line others waited longer. i went back later for the wifi password and to meet my door dasher and the cops were there. The next day I went to see of the front t desk had a fork and the new lady at the desk was on the phone yelling at someone about pay checks and not having to speak with someone that threatened to sue her. Needless to say she had no fork. No breakfast was available. The curtain in my room was too short for the window leaving a 3inch gap that the led lights outside shined in omto the bed all night. Ran out of toilet paper our 1st night

I like the facilities and the harlows bar inside Kayla the Saturday bartender keeps me coming back for sure absolutely love her!! Front staff has always been very pleasant and helpful. Ready for summer and the pool to be open!

I accidentally got a smoking room one time (immediately switched to non smoking room)and even though I'm a smoker I prefer to have a room that doesn't smell like an ashtray!!!

The room was very clean n the bed was comfortable n the ac worked great

That it said breakfast included which i was told oj,coffee,granola bar. I pd nearly a 100 per nite next time am stayin at a different hotel or motel. N the worker at front desk never smiles or answers u back. There wasnt an ice bucket or ash tray(smokin rm). The shower barley worked.

The room was a good size and was sufficient for my needs. We came for Fort Sill Basic Training graduation and the location was perfect. We were super close to base and nothing else in town was too far away.

We actually had to stay in two different rooms during our stay because our first room was very musty. It smelled of mold and there was a hole with what looked like mold in the bathroom ceiling. Our second room was MUCH better but the inconvenience of moving rooms wasn’t nice.

Clean. Easy check in. Easy access. Room was quiet.

A continental breakfast was advertised starting at 6 am. We got there at 6:30. The only thing there was coffee. Don't advertise if you don't plan to deliver!!!

USB ports in room … lots of trash cans in suite … good lighting in the bathroom

heart shaped jacuzzi tub was broken and the bar didn’t have any decent quality wine … the room door was difficult to open and close, only given two towels in room… there was no toilet paper on the holder

The room was clean an you had plenty of parking.

The breakfast was coffee juice and granola bar. Thought maybe you would have some thing like a waffle maker that we could make our own.

Lot of parking spots, close to military base Ft Sill, parks, fast foods, restaurants, highway, easy to find the hotel.

Room have a door between room, noises, music, can be heard on my room, microwave didnt work, low pressure on the sink but on the shower was good and the hot water
