Sleep Inn & Suites Lawton Near Fort Sill

Room was adequate. Breakfast was very good and included with the room - great buy.

Change of plans caused us to change from KIng size bed to 2 queens. You had asked them to waive the fee for the change, they didn't. I paid extra when we checked in.. we left a day early , stayed 2 nights not 3. Asked for a partial refund for the extra fee we paid, said would have to ask the manager. I did not ask for a refund on the Bookings.com charge which I knwe was non refundable.. just on the extra fee. Diapointed.

Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Full hot breakfast was decent. The room was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.. price was right, and the room was pretty big.

Hot water did not work at all in bathroom sink. Walls are a bit thin. The couple next door made lots of "noise". Couch was stained and looked a bit beat up. Woke up to my car covered in bird dropping (do not park next to the tall lamppost). The heating unit was very loud when it kicked on.

The friendly staff was a refreshing start to my visit. She offered things to see in the area and asked preference of rooms for noise and light. The breakfast was good and check out was fast and easy.

The noise of the doors slamming at late hours was annoying. Maybe doors could be made less prone to slam without help of the person closing them. The bed also sagged in the middle. A new set of mattresses would be needed.

Very reasonably priced. It was clean and quiet. The young woman at check in was super sweet.

I went to the pool and needed an extra towel going back upstairs. Wet and cold, the lady at the desk made me give her my towel before handing me another. It was rude and unnecessary and only caused me to track water around.

I book according to reviews regarding cleanliness. Our room was very clean, including the bed, and bathroom! Breakfast was great! It was quiet and near our destination. The staff was friendly. My daughter and I arrived late at night and were greeted by a nice gentleman. I would highly recommend this hotel!

I loved everything!

Breakfast was fantastic and staff was very friendly. Nature sounds in the morning was neat. Laundry room was functional and tidy. Coffee always available and room was large.

Room fridge didn’t work very well and mattress had a depression from where everyone sleeps. Toilet sounded scary when flushed.

Quiet and had no issues at all. Staff were great and location was convenient for our stay. Breakfast was okay as it was the same style eggs, sausage, biscuits n gravy for a week but at least it was hot.

Quick and fast check in/out process. great to have vending machines fully stocked with meals/snacks/drinks.

Not once but twice the keycard stopped working to get in to room and side door so that was annoying having to keep reprogramming it. showers are tile with grout that looks fungal producing so bring shower shoes.

Everything was great! property was great, clean and comfortable.

The guest in the room next to us partied all night. talking loud, slamming doors, and this continued until 4 am. We had to sleep with our TV on to try and drown their noise out. pretty miserable. people should be more mindful of the other people next to their room. There were three empty cases of beer outside their door the next morning. They had a heck of a party.

Everything. You guys work hard to do a great job. Check in was smooth and we had our accommodations me. Friendly environment for the most part. If you like firm beds, this will be a plus for you. Breakfast is good enough to get you going but not enough to get excited about, they no longer do omelets due to covid restrictions. (Ridiculous if u ask me) I know nothing about asking for cookies tho. Will definitely come back for my next trip to Lawton.

I did have an encounter with a lady at the front desk regarding pool towels. I asked if she could grab us 3 exactly for me and my family because the pool was out of them. She gave me an attitude and said she will... "put a bunch of towels in the pool area and we can ask for regular towels when we come to the front." So I was taken aback by how rude she was but other than that, great experience and will return soon.
