Hilton Garden Inn Lawton-Fort Sill

I came to the area to see my son graduate from Ft. Sill, OK. We got two rooms and enjoyed the locale and amenities. If I were to ever go back there, that is where I would stay. The staff, food, environment, etc. were lovely. Thank you.

There was an issue in one of our rooms with the shower handle and the tub did not drain very well. Looks like some things may need to be replaced. For our inconvenience, the attendant gave our group a voucher for breakfast. Great customer service.

The front desk was always so helpful and polite. The person taking my order for breakfast was very nice and made my order to go very easy and explained what I needed answers to. I like we were close to an exit door. Making coming and going easy for us. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. I liked that you had to use your key card to access places. The breakfast foods were so yummy! My husband and I also had dinner there one night and it was delicious as well. The water pressure in the shower, amazing!

The bathroom door was so squeaky opening and closing. Throughout the night it would wake everyone up. The toilet runs off and on. The room didn't have a channel list for the TV. Also, there were hardly any channels to watch. Also after going through the entire channels and not finding anything to watch for my toddler I tried to set up my Xbox or iPad to wifi. And the room didn't have good wifi, I have never been to a hotel that made you pay for wifi. Hence I had to use my own personal Hotspot to play movies for my toddler to watch.

I loved how clean it was! The shower was spacious, the bed was nice although incorrectly made. (I had to flip the sheets the right way because they were popping off in all directions) Heater worked great and the shampoo smells amazing.

Overpriced. Ive stayed at better and bigger rooms with a full kitchenette in OKC for $80 a night but honestly $101 is over priced for the square footage you get and then you have to pay for your breakfast. What a joke. I understand paying for dinner and the extras, but breakfast? Come on now.

The room was very roomy and clean. I enjoyed having a comfortable chair to sit in besides just the bed to sit on. The bathroom was also extremely roomy and clean. We only stayed one night but the staff was extremely friendly. We went to the pool area and enjoyed a short swim. I would definitely stay here again.

The only complaint that I have and it is not really a complaint, but a preference, is the bed was more firm than I care for. But it was clean and like I said that is just preference.

It was clean and was close to where we needed to be.

The only issue i had was I reserved the room that had breakfast included. When checking in they mentioned this and stated all i needed to do was come down to the breakfast area in the morning and it would be taken care of. Come to find out they charged for the breakfast didn’t even explain on why.

The hotel is very clean and has a great staff. I will always stay here when coming to town on business.

Very clean, beautiful atmosphere, the friendliest staff and polite so polite. The patio smoking area is cozy and comfortable a great place for casual meetings. The rooms are so quiet when the air kicked off my partners snoring woke me up. I lay there for moment after he stopped amazed at the silence. Then got up and turned the thermostat down so the fan would drown that noise out again. My favorite thing i believe was coming off the elevator to a bright smile so big i could see it despite her mask. Fairly singing good morning, directing me to the waiting table of coffee.

The price was high for what felt like a small standard room. No breakfast offered as a balance. Tiny TV? No idea what that was about.

Location was five minutes from Fort Sill. Beds were very comfortable. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

TV’s weren’t smart. Interior was dated. Ice machine on our floor was out of service the whole time. Outside court yard never cleaned up. They charged $10 for breakfast.

Breakfast was great. I was disappointed with the pool not available. It was clean and ready to use but not allowed. Regardless of weather, the pool should be used at our own discretion.

Add waffles to the breakfast buffet. Provide free drinking water whether like the ice machine or a filtered water fountain.

I thought breakfast was included. I was told it did not. So I did not partake. Though the price was reasonable. The staff was super. The place was full. I had a problem with the coffeemaker in my room. I called the desk and they had the maintaince man there in 5 minutes with a new coffeemaker. That was impressive.

The selection on the cable was limited. We watched "Discovery" channel for 4 days.
