Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Lawton-Fort Sill, an IHG Hotel

The room was larger than most. Bathroom larger than most. Nice large shower. Bed Comfortable , Great location and breakfast buffet had lots of selection. Staff was very helpful. Housekeeping checked every morning to see if we needed any services. They brought us extra pillows and towels.

They need to have at least 4 pillows on king size bed. Also should have extra blanket in room. Double bowl sink in bathroom would be nice. I didn't get my rate I was suppose to by booking on my mobile but since I paid thru booking.com the hotel had no control on correcting the total. Talked to booking. com they said couldn't take the 16% tax off but that is what secret deal and mobile price showed. Wasn't unhappy with hotel but dissappointed in booking.com. I will be paying at hotel in future.

Breakfast was great. Yogurt, cinnamon rolls, biscuits and gravy, inlets, waffle’s, cereal, juice, milk, boiled eggs. Looked like they were remodeling the halls with fresh wallpaper. Our room was great. Dispenser’s of body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in stand up shower. I loved the location. Only a few exits from Ft Sill. We were there for graduation and Family Day for my son. Right around the corner is Cracker Barrel.

The breakfast was fantastic. Sausage, bacon, omelets, pancakes, juice, milk, biscuits and gravy, and some grab and go cold options. The housekeeping ladies were friendly and did a great job.

I wish the water pressure was better. It would be better if there were an indoor pool as well, as when I stayed it was during the winter so there was nowhere for my kids to swim. But I bet the outdoor pool is good in the summer.

Loved the price and being on the first floor.

Probably couldn't be helped, but they were cleaning all carpets and floors, both hallways and rooms. We were unable to exit the front doors, due to the floor being totally covered in water and hoses. Breakfast was not what it used to be Coffee was cold, no sweet rolls and the pancake set up was not available. The front desk lady "R" was not interested in friendly service, one word answers and an unhelpful attitude.

When I asked the lady at the desk to add one more day, She was going to add a huge amount due the holiday, so we had to check out n drive next door to the comfort Inn to get a reasonable rate. We had alread spent 4 days there, just needed the 31st added to our stay. She she have given me the same rate.

Bed was uncomfortable for me, and no balcony.

Convenient location, quiet area, friendly staff!

The breakfast was not necessarily the best. The machine for juices was broken so only drink options were water, milk & coffee. I highly recommend putting out pitchers of juice for kids etc. that can’t have coffee or milk.
