Hampton Inn & Suites-Moore

Everything was on point inside of the hotel. The breakfast was fantastic, weight room had enough to do the workout, the pool able to swim, and the room was relaxing.. The service was on point if you you had a question they knew what they was talking about.

The Parking when you have truck with a trailer on it. It make it it harder to park when they are taking up more than 5 parking space on the side of the motel and the in back. The bed was rough for me it wasn't made it harder to sleep. Not having a hot tub to relax more.

Breakfast was great!

Unwelcoming and rude girl when we checked in. Said we didn’t have a reservation when we did. Finally found it! Never apologized. Made like it was our fault for booking through Booking . com.

The women that work the front desk she was very helpful and willing to go that extra step when we need something. The building very invited with the cleanness. Being right down the street from the movies and shopping.

TV remote didn't work the 1st night we stayed so no way to watch anything else. Breakfast the next morning could have been better running oatmeal and eggs.

The colors and the furniture! It was nice staying in a hotel that didn't look the same as every other hotel! The bathroom was spotless and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very good without being heavy. I'm not sure if you can tell we don't travel often but Hamptons are where we prefer to stay.

The price could have been a little lower but the fact that it was less than 20 minutes from our destination was nice. It was partly our fault for last minute booking

Only one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom for three people for two nights, so had to ask for more. They do not automatically clean the rooms, but you can request it. It was fine for two nights and three days, but had to go to the desk to get toilet paper, clean washcloths and coffee. I think that they are probably short on employees just like many other places now.

Larger clean comfortable room Really nice large bathroom with walk in shower. enty of hot water and good water pressure. All staff encountered were friendly. The breakfast was average for continental breakfast. We would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was great! Excellent wait staff. Hot, plentiful coffee but no French Vanilla creamer, that I like.

Modern and crystal clean room

The staff need customer services training. Front desk staff don’t even greet us during our constant coming in and out. Only the last day we were offered the breakfast and the coffee in the morning even though it was included, and it was offered by a woman that was not part of the front desk staff, she was like a cleaning manager or something but very kind and courteous. We really appreciate HER kindness especially because she was the only one like that.

Non descripe...coffee was cold...no one seemed to care...food was typical of other hotel chains...Coffee again was disappointed ting....you can screw up the food..but make sure you have good coffee service..

I love, love, love the staff! So friendly! I couldn't have asked for better. This place has beautiful, up-to-date decor and is super simple to access off the Interstate! If I'm in the area again (and I probably will be since family lives in that area), this is the place I will stay!

Even though it's a trend, I didn't like the sliding barn door for the bathroom (not enough privacy when staying with an elderly parent.) I'm sure in other cases it would have been fine.
