Hampton Inn & Suites Oklahoma City - South

Absolutely loved the spa tub and how large the room was! Another thing I kept gushing over was how amazing the shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel smelled. Breakfast was decent, better than most hotels I have been to with a wider variety of items. Everything was very clean and homey. The pool is nice. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly.

Bed could've been a little more comfortable but was sufficient. Only complaints on the room were that it wasn't as quiet as I would've liked from the neighboring rooms, the bathroom door also stuck and one of our card keys quit working on the first day (as did the replacement). The front desk staff wasn't there as often as I expected so we couldn't ask questions other than at check in. This place could use more luggage carts-- we only saw one in the lobby the entire time we were there which made checking out a little more difficult.

The desk clerk, Sammy, was a dream. We were in town to visit out great nephew and great niece, 5& 3, it was their birthday. We asked Sammy if it would be allowed if they swim, she said of course. They swam, we went back to our suite and had birthday cupcakes and presents 🎁 they had a blast. The next morning. My daughter and my g-daugter came and were invited to join us for your amazing breakfast bar, what a selection! Everything was fresh and hot.and super clean and stocked with all yummy breakfast goodies. I would like to say a very special thank you for allowing us to check out late which let the granddaughter swim an hour extra. Thank you for making our stay an absolute pleasure!

The carpet throughout the ground floor, in rooms and hall needs replacing, looks out of date and dirty. The fold out sofa in our suite had stains all over it. The upholstery needs clean. Also the bathroom vent was covered in dust, my husband cleaned it off himself. Also as I am unfamiliar with the area this Hampton by Hilton was in a questionable neighborhood. So glad the pool was indoor and we were able to park infront of our room windows.

The hotel was super clean and staff was amazing. The bed was comfortable.

We got a room with a jacuzzi tub. The jets didn’t work and the water in the shower and tub kept going off and getting cold. We took our kids to the pool area. The pool was clean and nice. However, there was no ventilation and it was extremely hot in there and hard to breathe. We let staff know about our issues and they were very helpful and just all around amazing.

I absolutely loved the kindness and hospitality we received. There was a particular person that works there and her name is Christina and she is the nicest person I think I’ve ever met. My daughter couldn’t wait to say hi when we would go downstairs. My husband was absolutely in love with all the breakfast choices. He really enjoyed the fact that he could just go down and get something to eat instead of having to leave to get it. The cleanliness was amazing. And my favorite thing of all was the pool. If I ever have to go back to okc i will most definitely be staying there again.

The only things that I really didn’t like was that the spa bath in our room was small. The fan in our bathroom didn’t work and there was a light out above the spa bath. But those are very minor issues I had.

The location was good and less expensive than the next Hampton Inn. The staff was friendly, offered coffee when we arrived, the room was spacious and clean.

There was loud music coming from a business across the street which lasted late. I was hoping the staff would call the police to handle the situation.

Straight shot down Western Ave to our daughters apartment 3 miles away yet right off the interstate.

Break ins occurred at our hotel. Not to us, another guest that it happened to alerted us, but it unnerved us for the three day stay. I will say, the security was all over all the hotel complexes that we could see and across at Home 2 also seemed to have issues where the police were on premises dealing with what appeared to be a parking lot issue. We did not have a problem.

Awesome breakfast. Staff greeted with a smile asking daily if I needed anything.

Room decor is showing its age. Wallpaper starting to peel, lamp shades & carpet worn. Room order noticed. Ac unit noisy but kept room cool.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly,they make you feel at home,also they go beyond customer service ,also breakfast is delicious and is got a great varietie is always clean and Staff is very nice. The manager Sammy is very sweet and kind

We had 3 people to our room and the room we first got was a king bed. One call ti the front desk and we were moved to double room. It was a very easy transition.

The room and the breakfast were fine.

The first keys we got didn't work and the door to the room wasn't tight-fitting, although the lock worked. The coffee at breakfast was weak and cold.
