Best Western Plus Executive Residency Oklahoma City I-35

I've chosen to stay here several times over the past several years, when visiting the Capitol complex. I found this hotel to be clean, friendly, low cost, and quiet for a hotel. My last visit gave me even more respect for this hotel. In my haste to get to a meeting the next morning, I checked out of the hotel leaving my billfold in the room. Two hours later the hotel called me that the cleaning ladies had found my billfold, and of course I was suspicious, but everything checked out and all my accounts were secured. I give high praises to the staff, for the trust worthy at this hotel and recommend it to my family and friends.

You cannot expect a great breakfast at a hotel when it is free. After saying that, I would have to say that there breakfast is considered average, and I would rate them a 4.5 out of 10 on their breakfast. This is the only area I can see where they can do some improvement. The location would be rated at 7 out of 10, but I stayed in worse locations. This area is sort of an industrial area, but is easy to get on and off the interstate, and its a straight shot up to the state capital complex.

This hotel is easy to get to, great value, especially for an overnight stay on the road, clean and quiet. The bathrooms and the bedroom and are fairly modern, and I spends a lot of time in hotels, I would stay here again.

If you come in late and find yourself hungry it is difficult to find a place to eat, close by. Be sure you stop and eat before you check in, it will make it more convenient for you.

it was immaculately clean! The breakfast offered a wonderful variety. The lobby and rooms were beautifully decorated and very well maintained. The sunsets from our 6th floor room were stunning!

The location was a little sketchy… quite a few homeless people around. Right off the highway so convenient but a little tricky to get to and loud.

The property was very modern and super clean. The staff was very nice and friendly and the breakfast had a nice variety of hot and cold foods. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend this Best Western.

The shelves in front of the toilet are in a bad place. I stood up, turned around and hit my back on the corner. Should trade places with the picture behind the toilet.

Very spacious, very clean, convenient location.

At the very beginning one of the staff member, was rude on checking us in and wanting us to fill out the form on our vehicle info, while we were trying to pay. Like rushing us. We were not in a hurry nor there was no one wanting to check in at the time we were. So I don’t know what her hurry was but I made sure I took care of one thing at a time. I first paid, then filled out the form for the vehicle. But she was rude, she did not even greet us (we did not felt welcome) the morning staff was better, saying good morning to us.

Everything at this hotel was absolutely comfortable. Everything was kept so, so clean. The hotel has been perfectly kept up. It is only a couple of years old. The king suite with kitchenette was so comfortable. I never wanted to leave the bed in the morning. And having the cups and plates available for use was a nice plus. There was never a single moment I felt uncomfortable. And the staff were so friendly. The gym was well equipped with very nice equipment. Literally everything was so clean and perfect nothing was out of place, anywhere. They had a great little shop area for sodas, chips, batteries, chargers, small boxes of tide/gain etc. And guest laundry. I highly recommend this place if you're comfortable staying slightly out of the city. And especially if your needing a comfortable place to stay extended, or traveling for work. Also it really is not far at all from downtown okc. It's practically a straight shot to bricktown.

I had issues with payment and had charges of $368.38, and $107.84 after checking in. I didn't notice it immediately as I was assured I was being charged correctly. I brought it up at check out and was told by a young women I had not yet seen that my overpayment would be refunded. And told if it wasn't refunded within a few days to check with my card company.. But now I see a new pending charge of $250? I'm hoping this is them attempting to pay me back but even that doesn't quite add up...

This place is EVERYTHING! The rooms are big and spacious, the bathroom is clean and roomy, the beds were super comfortable and the pillows made for a great night’s sleep. I wasn’t sure what we were walking into for the price but we were INCREDIBLY surprised. Beautiful hotel, easy check in, LATE check out!! NOON! Wow!

My only thing I can list here is I wish breakfast was a little later. We left at 9:30 and missed it.

the room was clean. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was nice. This hotel was a great location. Went to college world series and the location was very good. Not far from anything.

Children running up and down hallways late at night. There was a girls softball tournament also going on. Some of these kids were very noisy.

The breakfast was way better than I expected. Was really pleased. The staff was very helpful . I had accidentally left an important item when I checked out and they held it in the office till I could have it reclaimed. Good communication between staff .

The only thing I didn’t like about my stay here was that I couldn’t stay longer.

close to interstate for convenience

nothing, everything was good. did make a mistake booking and booked the wrong night but couldn’t cancel. Booked the right night and was hoping for a refund for the Sunday we didn’t stay. Booking.com emailed you, was hoping you’d refund our money. Thanks so much
