Holiday Inn Express & Suites Oklahoma City Mid - Arpt Area, an IHG Hotel

THE STAFF!!! the night desk clerk the night we stayed which was March 2, 2023. She was amazing. she was so welcoming and made sure that everything we needed was there. And let us know that we could call her at any time if we found anything that we just liked or anything that we needed. She also went out of her way , when we ordered DoorDash to make sure that the whole thing was a safe transaction. T are he lady who worked during the day and the food that morning the next morning on 3 March she was also amazing. I love the tile in the bathroom floor. The bathtub and walls that everything was so sparkly and shiny and new everything is just beautiful.

for my taste, the beds could’ve been a tad softer.

it was very clean. complementary breakfast was delicious.

i had to make some changes to our hotel rooms but when I tried on the app it wouldn’t let me so I called the hotel and told them and the receptionist told me she could take care of it. when I got to the hotel they said they saw no notation regarding the changes and they could do nothing about it. after talking to them and then talking to their manager they said they would do it this one time as a one time curtesy. I don’t believe this was a courtesy, your employee didn’t know how to do their job so I believe it was a must to get it done for us.

Great location. Large clean quiet room with ice cold ac. Room has large flat screen tv, closet & drawer space, cold mini fridge, microwave, & coffee maker. Comfortable beds with plenty of pillows. Lots of outlets and charging ports for devices. Large bathroom with plenty of towels. Shampoo, Conditioner, body wash, body lotion, & hair dryer provided. Good assortment of breakfast options, coffee, & juice included.

We could have used an extra blanket.

I liked that it included a hot breakfast and that each of the mornings they served warm egg. I also liked the way the kitchen area was coordinated. The staff took orders and served breakfast in to-go plates and utensils. For the purposes of my visit, the location was in a good area. I also liked that Tobi learned our names, and greeted us with a professional and personalized manner. He provided exact map orientation. He was also very helpful in clarifying the pros and cons about the use of 3rd party booking services, and he thought of solutions on the spot and provided immediate options to remedy the situation. Thanks Tobi.

I did not appreciate that 3rd party booking, such as booking. com, is not a guarantee for the room. I drove 10 continuous hours to get there before mid-night and come the time to check in, the room I requested was not available. This happened because 3rd party's only sell what is left over. If I understand correctly, the best thing to do is to call the hotel directly.

We loved how welcoming the staff was. Housekeeping was AMAZING! The breakfast selection was on point and the coffee station was well stocked. We also liked the location because everything we needed was with in a 10min drive! We will be back!

I don't think I can say 1 bad thing about this place.

Room was nice. Breakfast ladies were very nice. Covid breakfast was good.

We arrived a little early. Female clerk was on her cell phone and taking care of customer at the same time. Got to me. Said I was checking in. She said come back in 15 darling. When I did she said ... Oh you're back. She gave us no info. Went to room. I requested double beds, got king. Called downstairs. She said that's what she gave me. Asked if there were any doubled, she said no. Ok. Rest was good. In the morning tried to check out via phone. No answer. Breakfast ladies were very nice and helpful. Pool had too much chlorine.

It was clean and the staff was awesome. But, it’s sad to see all of the homeless people close by. And a couple of days of my stay. They were in the Hotel parking lot. Asking for money.

The pool it has to much bleach are eyes were irritated for a while after we get off of the pool a little small

clean rooms, house keeping was there every morning with whatever needed to be switched out (towels, toilet paper exc) the water pressure in the shower was very good and the hot water lasted a long time.

well maintained but still a little dated as far as decor went but over all nothing not to like about the property.

The rooms were very clean, nice and roomy. The hot breakfast to go was plentiful and staff were extremely pleasant.

The front parking lot was extremely well lit. The back and side weren't as much with storage units behind and vacant bulldog next door. We stayed in the front so had no concerns.
