Omni Oklahoma City Hotel

It wAs clean and very nice. The staff was great the gym is awesome the views of the city are great from the room and the gym . There is a Coffee shop and restaurants on sight that are all nice. All super convenient to the convention center. We travel as a family for weekend stays about 6 times a year to city’s in the south east of the country and I can say this was the nicest Hotel in we have stayed in a long time . Although it is slightly in a higher price range than we normally book it was totally worth it.

Parking as always is harder in the city so valet was a bit expensive.

It was very esthetically pleasing. It was tastefully done, the rooms are decently sized, and the bathroom was very large (with pocket doors, which was a cool touch). Our view was of the Scissortail bridge and the park.

The pool was packed. There's a bar next to the pool and there were people everywhere. It was a Saturday and one of the employees did tell me that Saturdays are usually more family friendly and she didn't know why it was so busy. The pool area is really nice and I'd love to be able to enjoy it.

From the minute we arrived, the staff was amazing!! Check in was fast and easy, bellhop helped us to the room with our luggage, made sure we had everything we needed and even called down to see if they could do something special for my daughter who’s birthday we were celebrating! The hotel was very clean, coffee shop was yummy, valet parking was great! The pool… wow!! It was huge and very well kept all day even as busy as it was!! The list could go on and on!!

The hotel itself was beautiful!! The people there were so friendly! The staff there were amazing though! The Restaurant's were as well!

Our room was very dusty, the bedding had stains on the sheets and bed covering, also I had ordered a bottle of Preseco for when we arrived but it wasn’t there til late that night after we came back from dinner and it was hot and not chilled as I had asked for. Also it wasn’t even Presco it was some cheap stuff! Then they sent another bottle up late that night that I didn’t ask for and I had to pay for. I also upgraded the room once and the price jumped from $688 to $800+ but it was the same amenities as the $688 room so that screwed me over as well. Then at checkout I receive NO help from the staff to help me get out of the room and find a ride. Last.. I received my final bill and some charges are NOT correct and was charged double for some things..

When we got there we were greeted promptly and they even shared a few drinks vouchers to celebrate our anniversary. Then they brought a nice charcuterie board to the room with anniversary chocolates. The room was clean and they also let us choose how high off the ground floor we wanted to be. The pool could use some cleaning.

There was a lot of hair floating in the water. It kept getting wrapped up in my hands. I could tell it definitely wasn't mine.

The property was very clean and large. I loved the quietness of my room in such a large facility. The restaurants were lovely and provided really good food. The price was a bit high. We all tried the hamburger restaurant outside and that really was worth the price. I highly recommend it for lunch.

The only thing that was a challenge was that there was a strange odor in the hallway. I’m thinking it was from the venting of the restaurant’s downstairs. I do have to say however, that one of the staff noticed it as well and sprayed the hallway. leaving it smelling much fresher.

The location was very convenient as I booked this hotel because it is right across the street from the Paycom center in OKC. The rooms are VERY clean and the hygiene products provided in the bathrooms smell amazing. After our event we ordered room service and our food was delicious. The restaurants aren’t as expensive as one would expect since it’s in a hotel. Location is within walking distance to the botanical garden, which we enjoyed on the morning of our departure with coffee.

The rooms were a little small. Also the coffee shop within the hotel is extremely overpriced for average coffee.

We stayed at the Omni for my 32nd birthday, my husband booked this for me as a surprise. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, the staff was amazing and very helpful. In my opinion, the $100 incident deposit was a little steep, as we've stayed at a lot of hotels in the area and they aren't normally that expensive. As we entered our room, it was 40 degrees which was quite chilly considering it was extremely cold outside too. The lamps were all unplugged which I thought was odd, and our toliet wouldn't flush (was an easy fix, but still ....didn't make me happy.) We also found out very late at night that the deadbolt on our door did NOT lock. (I am fairly sure it was broken.) So in our opinion, the facility was beautiful and fancy but these small things should have been noticed and fixed before we entered our room. The price for drinks and food seem a little steep as well, but maybe we aren't as wealthy as some that stay there :D

Prices seem a little too expensive, small things needed to be fixed in our room to make it more comfortable... as listed above.

The Omni Hotel in OKC is wonderful! The hotel and convention halls are beautiful and the staff is exceptional! Our breakfast was delicious and our server, Amelia, and a male chef went above and beyond to help us acquire seats for a concert later that evening! Amelia was also among the gracious staff who served our reunion celebration the next evening in one of the lovely Omni convention halls. Our thanks to the reception staff, the room and wait service, and the valet service for making our stay so wonderful!

I stayed here over my birthday and they took the best care of me! Had the sweetest chocolate treat waiting for me in my room when checked in and on my birthday. Best hotel stay ever! Location is perfect to get the full downtown okc experience. Staff was amazing!

Rooftop pool is a little on the sma side and gets very crowded. Other than that I loved my stay.
