Homewood Suites by Hilton Oklahoma City-Bricktown

The room was spacious. The staff we met were wonderful. Delaney who checked us in. Sheena who checked us out, and the in between times we connected with them. We ate at the Garden Inn Hotel, twice. Both times were really good. Our server Thomas was most excellent. The valet runners were very friendly and helpful. Location is good, for staying downtown. Places to eat and see in walking distance.

The overnight parking cost was higher than we thought it should be. In all honesty, in hind sight we wouldn't have used it. Our car wasn't any more safe than if we had parked it. Do research on what your planning on seeing and if you'll even need to move your car. The lighting in the room/s weren't placed in the right spots, or the Watt sizes need to be higher. The furniture through out the hotel was low sitting. The breakfast area was cold enough to wear wearing a jacket was needed.

Room was clean and spacious and location was fine. It was also great to have a kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, fridge and crockery, utensils etc. The guys who did the valet parking were very friendly and car was always ready when we asked them to bring it to front door.

The girl at check in wasn’t particularly friendly or helpful….not what you expect in a Hilton property. Could probably be doing with some refurbishment as the decor was like something from the 80s.

The staff was excellent and extremely helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. I also very much enjoy free breakfast. I didn't get to explore the amenities since I was busy but I did like that there was a 24/hr gym.

The parking wasn't the best since it was only paid parking. Downtown is not the best place for parking to be honest. They did offer valet service for a fair fee. But other than that, I have no complaints.

This is our second visit to this property. The rooms are lovely and the staff is professional & friendly. There were no problems with reservations, check-in, or check-out.

During this second stay, we had a problem with not having any luggage carriers on arrival and retrieving our car. The valet parking was congested & inefficient. Also, the bar was not staffed adequately.

The hotel was great. It's in a nice part of Bricktown, close to streetcar access so you can get anywhere you want to by walking or using the streetcar. The facilities are clean and well kept. Parking is a bit of a hassle since it's downtown, but you can valet (which they are quick and very friendly) or find fairly close other options and walk. Breakfast was a bit overcrowded for our liking but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Parking can be an issue if you don't want to valet. The breakfast area was too crowded.

Stayed here in June and came back to exact same room in november. View of ballpark! Mini suite. FULL kitchen!!! Sofa bed. King Bed. spacious. 2 hotels attached together. Homewood Suites by Hilton has FREE Breakfast. Or, you can use the other hotel restaurant and pay for meals. You call valet number and car pulled up within 5 minutes. In nice/Brickyard/ball park area of downtown

No excited to pay $25.00 per night for Valet my car/parking. Get outside of Bricktown and the area gets sketchy.

Very nice room, showerhead was good, sliding doors on shower, grab bar in shower. To go box for breakfast.

No bacon or sausage with breakfast. Limited fruit. Seemed shortstaffed...had to wait for eggs. Do not like valet parking. Garage was a few blocks away. Heard motorcycles all night.

Loved the view of the ballpark from the room! Lots of options for eating and entertainment nearby! Leave your car parked at the hotel and rent a scooter to get around!

Parking is a tad expensive, but you are also in downtown OKC, so to be expected.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The room was clean, spacious and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. The location to Canal St. and the baseball field was perfect. Both within a short walk. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The food in the breakfast room was usually just warm to cool. Lot's of noise from bars across the street but with windows closed no problem.
