Residence Inn by Marriott Oklahoma City Downtown/Bricktown

Teri at the front desk was great! I had to go down a few times for requests and she was very helpful. Breakfast was delicious and had a lot of options.

The phone in the room did not have a cord available to plug in so was pointless being there. The TV in the living room didn't work with the apps that were available in the bedroom areas. The oven hood light was out. The laundry room had a few machines out so I had to wait to get to those available. It was clear that some areas hadn't been cleaned thoroughly when trash was found under the bed and behind the bathroom door. Most of it didn't affect the quality of the stay, but for that much money....

It was close to everything we wanted to do

Nothing, other then rude drunk people. Two ladies came to check in around 2am on a Saturday evening. Mad! Because the main doors would not open. They kept them closed late night to keep the wrong people from coming in. The two women did not care, They had made reservations and wanted a room, the gentleman working that had helped us earlier because we lost our key. Inform us the computers where rebooting and would take about 15-20min. Which we where fine with, but one of the women was obviously drunk and didnt want to wait and asked us why we were waiting. Which we told her and she informed us this was ridiculous... mind you this all happened in just 10min lol the gentleman working was so cool and clam and gave us our key. Just wanted to thank him

Liked the location. Price was great for the room we booked. Definitely would book here in the future. The view from our room was awesome. Definitely not what I expected to see a small kitchenette with dishwasher, stove, some dishes, full refrigerator, and two rooms. Pictures on their website do not do it justice. Staff were super friendly and breakfast was also pretty good. Would recommend if you are staying for a few days with your significant other.

Having to pay for parking definitely sucked. The bathroom lighting wasn’t the best in the shower room and the fan sounded horrible lol but the room was still pretty stellar in every other aspect.

The breakfast was amazing. Everything was fresh and hot. Our room air conditioning was sooooooo good. Normally when you first walk in a hotel room, it's warm/hot. After a long trip to get there, it was so nice to walk into a cool, comfortable, and clean room!

When we got snacks from the snack room, the drinks were a little warm and not much variety.

The suite was very comfortable. The two-section layout (bedroom-bathroom/dining room-kitchen) was cozy and enjoyable. The stuff was very kind and helpful.

During an afternoon storm, a tree-branch broke the rear window of our SUV. Of course, it wasn't the hotel fault, but I suggest to park far from the trees if a storm is approaching.

Thouroughly enjoyed our stay, it was right there within walking distance of everything downtown, very clean & the staff was professional and kind.

we stayed in the one- bedroom king suite, the pictures make it look bigger than what it actually was…not that big of a deal! We just needed a bigger unit for our big family.

Friendly helpful staff , great security officer ,2 queen bed options were available, spacious rooms, view, location location location

Old dated rooms and furnishings , the fridge wasn't working , the ice maker on the floor wasn't working either

We were on the street side, and sadly there was drag racing all night long and into the early hours of the morning. And just a minor point, for that many rooms, they need more luggage carts. 

The rooms were very clean and the bed and bedding were very comfortable. I was impressed with the staff. They were very friendly and helpful. I also liked the ease of parking.

The only thing I didn't like was paying for parking in their parking lot.

The property is in a great location. The staff was great. Even got a free upgrade to a room with a balcony.

Found someone's rings in the bathroom. The kitchenette in our suite wasn't very clean including pills on top the refrigerator. The dishes were clean but the ones previously used were in the dishwasher.
