Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Tulsa Downtown - Arts District, an IHG Hotel

There was a front desk employee that could have been more helpful with the info she provided to make our stay better. she asked me why I was in town. I told her that e we were there for the concert. she responded by saying, “yeah I think we’ll be hearing that alot today and tomorrow.” She could have told me that they offer a shuttle to the BOK Center. this would hand saved my money on a Lyft.

Location was wonderful and very walkable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Three of our rooms had mechanical issues. 1. Toilet seat broken, had to change room 2. Shower leaking, had to change room 3. Window shade missing control panel, shade opening and closing during the night- was never repaired despite request Parking garage was difficult to access- continuous issue entering and departing.

Staff was great!! This property was ON POINT!!! Clean, fresh smelling, helpful staff, shuttle to the event center. Will definitely stay here again if I come down for another concert at BOK.

Parking is kind of a pain when you need to check in. With only 2-3 spaces in front of the property and parking meters on the street it's difficult to find places to park for free. However from 5pm - 8am you can park at the meters for free.

Staff was great, hotel & room very clean & nice. Location was close to everything we wanted to do. Very safe & felt secure leaving my car in parking deck. Loved this hotel!

Since no parking spaces or lot was provided we had to pay to use the parking deck out back. Pool was less than desirable. Kind of just a small square in a closed off room. Not very inviting so we never used it. Breakfast was ok. Hilton offers a better breakfast but I know this isn't a Hilton so I didn't expect very much.

The staff were all so friendly. They went out of their way to help us with parking, check in, finding places to eat and visit. The manager was very friendly. The shuttle driver was exceptional. Breakfast was very good.

Nothing disappointed us

The receptionist was very sweet and helpful and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. For breakfast there was the perfect setup of options and a variety of foods available for a wonderful breakfast. The parking garage was a perfect solution as well to what could have been a very complicated downtown situation.

The water pressure in my shower left a lot to be desired. There also was some water damage in the bathroom ceiling and a coat hook was missing by the tv as well. Otherwise it was a great stay.

The location was perfect. Lots of restaurants and activities within walking distance. I hate trying to find parking around any city, so it was wonderful to be able to use the parking garage and not have to worry about driving again till leaving. The staff was very kind and helpful during check-in and check-out. Breakfast was as good as expected from Holiday Inn Express. We only stayed one night, but would definitely consider staying again next time we come to Tulsa.

The breakfast provided a good range of items despite the limitations caused by the pandemic. The staff was great, providing clear directions to the museums I wanted to visit. Having a chaise longue in my room was a welcome touch, a great place to read.

The pool, though indoors, was too cold for me to swim in. And the desk was set up for a right-handed person with a light that couldn't be moved,

This updated hotel is in the heart of the arts district. A comfortable, cozy stay walking distance from shopping, food, and entertainment. The location is ideal, the facilities are clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.

My only complaints are minor. My coffee setup had no stir sticks and my blackout curtain was broken and wouldn’t close completely.

The room was very clean and had what we needed for our short stay. We slept well even though there were some loud neighbors down the hall from us. I'm so thankful you take dogs!

We missed the pancake machine that some of the other Holiday Inn Expresses have. Our room had ants in the kitchen area. Which is no biggie but probably should be looked into room # 514. And there was a new bed side lamp that didn't work in any outlet. It looked like the prong part on the lamp plug was the problem.
