Residence Inn by Marriott Tulsa Downtown

Very spacious and clean.

The pool was closed but that is due to Covid.

This hotel has top notch customer service! While on a volleyball trip, my daughter left a very important stuffed animal in the room. The staff made every effort possible to locate the animal and went above and beyond for us. As for the hotel itself, it was very clean and the accommodations were great. After our experience, we changed plans for future ventures to Tulsa to stay in their hotel. We will stay here every time we travel!

The night front desk girl, Kenya, was very good at her job! Made our stay phenomenal!! Very friendly and helpful!! The girls working during the day were great also! The room had a small,, but full kitchen with stove,, refrigerator, dishwasher and garbage disposal! Would be great for an extended stay! All around a very enjoyable stay!!

Not really great for pet breaks (just rocks, no grassy area) for $75 a night the pet area should be better. Downtown doesn't have much green space so that could be a problem. Heater would not turn down so it was too hot.

I very much enjoyed the room and the view. It was big and I was surprised to see a full kitchen! I did like that breakfast was included, but a few more food options would be nice. Overall, great room.

I think it is ridiculous to be charged $15 on top of the room rate for parking when there is very little parking in the back and I had to pay to park on the side of the road last night because there was no parking available in the lot. Each room should be assigned one parking spot that way you are actually getting what you are paying for.

Loved the location

Was told the bar would be open until 11 and us and many other guest came back to the hotel after a concert and then told the bartender closed up early.

The shower was really nice, the bed was very comfortable, the TV had built in smart apps like Netflix, and the patio area was a perfect spot to wind down after a long day

That's the only thing I hated about my visit is that they placed us in a room right next to a ton of road construction, got woken up at 7:30 in the morning to sounds of construction equipment.

The staff was great; the room was clean; the fitness center had everything I needed; the room exceeded all expectations. Most importantly, everyone followed masking and distancing protocols.

The beeping from the crosswalk could be heard through closed windows, which made it difficult to fall asleep, but there's not much anyone could do about that.

It was a very good location, the staff were amazing, the lady in the kitchen was so nice and helpful, ready to please us in whatever we need, the front desk personal were also very friendly, the room was great and clean, I think for me the only downside was the extra charge they put on your card, which was refundable, later. I would definitely stay here again.

It was a really comfortable room and I was easily able to do my work there. Also, I was able to bring my cat with me.

I would have liked it if they had a restaurant at the location.
