Quality Inn Tulsa-Downtown West

I loved that when I was put into the incorrect room type, the front desk was very understanding and gave me the correct room the next day. They even brought my new keys to my room for me!

I didn’t like how small the elevator is, but that’s not a real issue honestly, everything else was great!

Easy walking distance to downtown Tulsa. Staff is friendly but will not bother you. Best hotel I have tried in Tulsa region.

More frequent vacuuming of room floor would be nice as I tracked in some burrs from plants outside.

The gentleman that checked me in was so professional and customer service was great.

The only thing was that it said one price but I got charge 17.00 extra then what I was suppose too.

I love the balcony rooms they are very roomy this will be my third time visiting this hotel and this will be room I will suggest in the future I travel to Tulsa once a month ai this will be the hotel I will be staying at

The refrigerator wasnt working and I found a hair in the bathtub and the carpet didnt look vacuumed

It was good to have a place to stay. The property is a little bit run down. We stayed on the 4th floor. The bathroom was renewed and clean but the room smelled dirty. The manager was awesome helping out to have our extra bed, and gave me candy at check out, Thank you!Sad that the pool was empty. The breakfast bar was fine but Tun out of food earlier than expected. The coffee in the room was way better than the one at the breakfast room.

This will be my 5th time coming to this hotel when I travel to Tulsa I love the balcony rooms they are very roomy and comfortable the staff is great and helpful I'll be returning soon hopefully they will have the balcony rooms available when I return this is my go to room lol.

The lady at the front desk was so sweet (wish I would have gotten her name) and she did everything she could to make our stay great. It is.a great location as far as getting to things to do.

Great location. Right next to a braums and McDonald's. Just a few minutes away from the bok center. The room they put us in didn't have ac but a trip to the front desk was all that was needed and they put us in a different room. So thankful for that. Staff was very kind.

There wasn't much to "not like" at this place. I was kinda sad the pool wasn't open but whatevs

The location you get for the price you pay is perfect. The staff is nice and helpful. Cannot complain about anything from my stay and the price was really cheap for what I needed.

Hotel is a little run down. It has chipped paint in the walls, furniture could use an upgrade, power outlets are a little loose. Nothing bad, but just seems it could use a quick uplift.
