Motel 6-Grants Pass, OR

For some unknown reason, the pre-set selection criteria went wrong after the order payment was successful. Booked two rooms, and one of the double bed rooms disappeared. When I arrived at the hotel, I found out that 3 persons had to be squeezed into a queen bed. After the man on duty at the front desk knows that the booking.com could not cancel the order, he upgraded my room for free and changed the room with a double bed that was $60 more expensive! Although the equipment is not the latest and greatest, the kindness and personal service of the man made this hotel a very good memory of my trip.

There are still a few small pieces of broken glass in the corner of the corridor in the courtyard that have not been cleaned. You can prepare more plastic bags in the pet area

The room was clean and the shower was nice and plenty of hot water didn’t find any hidden cameras. They had complimentary coffee. The tv worked . And I was able to use a coat hanger to keep the curtains closed all the way

They could have had more towels , a microwave , and a hot tub would have been nice. I was able to give my dog a good cleaning in the shower and she came out sparking clean. I wish they would give me a free night stay voucher . To try another motel 6 cause I have hardly any money

The room and property were cleaned of any trash or debris, the room was clean and all staff were courteous and respectful. Although the bed was one of the most uncomfortable Iv had at a hotel everything was as to be expected.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable! They one put one set of towels but mainly the comfort of the bed, time for a face lift on the actual amenities offered

I loved location, friendliness, room. Everything

Wish there was a coffee pot in room. I have a special needs kiddo, going to lobby to get hot water was inconvenient. Also, the room closest to us had tons of foot traffic and smoking outside of room and loud drinking until I had to tell them I had a baby trying to sleep at 1am.

I really appreciated the staff. Anything we needed they attended to very quickly. Someone was available at all times of the day/night. Main office was clean. Vending machine area was clean. Washroom was clean. The traffic that walked through the property kind of sucked but staff couldnt do anything about it. Our room was small but for the value it was ok. Bathroom was clean. I could not find any comfort in the bed but in all fairness i sleep on a posterpedic so im a lil spoiled. I just cant highlight the staff enough. With all the negativity, they made my stay good.

The unwanted traffic that walked through the property. I felt the linens were dated/worn out. They seemed kind of dingy to me. It would have been nice to swim in the 90 degree weather but with covid its understood.

The female night representative was fabulous, twice I have stayed at this location and she the front desk representative both times. She deserves recognition since being a night worker is hard and she is fabulous at her job! She is helpful, efficient and friendly when you come in after 16 hours of driving. My room was a smoking room since I checked in around midnight and her associate explained to me that it was all they had but were kind in apologizing. I love that the pet policy is so friendly and the grounds are nice and quiet. I will choose this hotel based on the people and the pet policy in the future.

Oh, it’s a Motel 6. The rooms are as you would expect, small, minimal and not perfectly painted etc.

Their facilities are clean, lots of parking, tons of disability access rooms (large shower with bench, large bathroom for wheelchair access, even has a security eyehole at wheelchair height in disabled rooms!!!)

check-in was a little wonky because two ppl were helping our large group and accidentally double booked one of the rooms so they had to redo it, but they got it sorted just fine.

it wasnt a bad room, would have been a bit nicer to have a micro wave mini fridge or coffee pot but we brought an ice chest and our own coffee pot so it worked out just fine :D

not haveing a mini fridge or microwave in room and didnt know that there wasnt one when i booked which is my fault for not finding out so it wasnt the end of the world its alright we know for next time

(there wasn't any breakfast to comment on) What I liked best was having a place where my pet was welcome, and policies to protect welfare and safety of guests.

Noticed a spot on the floor. After wiping it up my tissue was black as though the area hadn't been properly mopped in a while. Had requested a downstairs room when booking online but wasn't informed til check-in that there weren't any. There was no refrigerator in our room, or in the office, for our use.

Everyone was very friendly nice pool. And good coffee love this place close to many things

The pool hours could be longer due to the hotness during the day too hot to swim it would be better if it were open a little later at night when the sun goes down
