I like the kitchen!

My upstairs neighbor has multiple kids, they were kinda noisy till 12am

big rooms

No elevator for first floor, not sound proof due to which noise of traffic was coming from window.

It was noisy upstairs guest kept us up most of night TV on loud guest Street noise car racing but hotel was clean no check out either went to check out get my reciept this was 0830 couldn't see anyone there's a place to put your room card in drop off box . Plenty of food places nearby had breakfast at Nibbleys which was excellent 👌 all in all my stay was good ..

Noisy location guest upstairs kept us up most of night toilet flushing constantly TV on to loudly no consideration for others road noise cars honking racing down the street

The room was spacious and comfortable. I liked the full kitchen they have...didn't need to use it, but if I need to stay in town again, I will. I like that there is no carpet. We checked in late and they had our room key in a lockbox for us. Very accommodating and easy.

It was raining outside and our wet shoes carrying luggage in got the floors wet. A door rug would have been nice. Bed was too hard for me and the frame made a strange sound when rolling over, like metal flexing/ popping sound?

Friendly staff, on site live in manager and staff to attend to your needs.

The area itself is not the best, much traffic on 6th Street where it's located, and many transients are present, mainly at night.

it was clean bed was comfortable, the full kitchen and fridge made one want to stay for a long time. The best part of all was the wonderful folks who run the place. We had an emergency and they took care of us like we were family.

Some people might not like that there was not carpet, but not us, we like smooth surface flooring.

The Manager, Pinky, was very friendly and went out of her way to see that all our needs were met. We bought a pizza at Walmart and planned to cook at our room for snacks. We found the oven didn't work and informed Pinky. She gladly offered to bake the pizza for us and returned within the half hour with the freshly baked pizza. We liked that there was a pet area to walk the dog, Very happy with the room.

Our online booking agent did not make clear that we would be charged daily for our pet nor was the pet charge included in their advertisement. I suggest you book directly with the place you plan to stay at.

The place perfectly located close to our reason for being in Klamath Falls, OR. To begin with an the staff onsite were amazing people highly recommending to friends an family.

Didn't dislike any part of the facility it was amazing can't wait to make another reservation.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Made it a super easy check in/out and made sure all was well at the facility. The rooms were very clean and BIG! The beds and pillows were super comfortable. It was also pretty quiet and we were able to get some good rest. Highly recommend this place!

Motel was by the road but there was minimal noise heard overnight. The owner gal was wonderfully pleasant at check in! The kitchen facilities were a great addition!

The beds were clean but rhe rest of the place was not very clean visible dirt/debris on the floor and a filthy kitchen sink.
