Oakridge Inn & Suites

Looks very nice both outside and inside. Clean, good amount of space. Liked the outdoor gazebo areas. Breakfast (not a whole lot but not bad). Quiet. Nice owner. Great price. They did nice little things like stock the fridge with water bottles, some mints/chocolates, have coffee available both in lobby and in the room.

Location. It’s in a town that looks rundown, not very many food options around.

The warmth of the owner & the sincere note from the housekeeper. I got a ground floor room, which I requested. The grounds were nicely kept & I felt safe. The small town feel is such a bonus. The manager & I connected because he knows my city in California & I want to move to the PNW. He inspired me with his encouragement. I'd stay for several days here next time.

I had to sit at the desk while my phone charged.

The room was clean and comfortable, it was a reasonable price to stay here. They had coffee, hot chocolate and oatmeal if you wanted in the morning for a breakfast to go. Overall a good value for what we paid, the main thing was it was clean and comfortable and they were friendly and helpful

We enjoyed the friendly staff, clean room, and extra touches that showed pride in appearances. Great TV. There were some nice sitting areas outside.

We prefer interior doors and there was no electricity on one side of the bed. The breakfast offerings were not much.

I really liked that the sheets were bleached and the amount of pillows. The bed was pretty comfortable as well. Everything looked clean. Staff was very nice. I was happy to have the little outdoor seating areas!!

The breakfast. I think you might consider not listing breakfast. It is a coffee machine. And a yogurt or pack of chips- ahoy cookies. Coffee in office was much better than the in room coffee.

Reservation had been in advertently canceled by booking.com for reasons no one can explain. And of course, when we arrived, there was no vacancy. The owner was very kind and patient and was able to eventually accommodate us. Circumstances like these are why I’m nervous about booking through a third-party. But in this case local ownership took control and resolve the issue.

Good hotel on our travel to Crater Lake National Park. the bedroom was spacious and offered facilities that were appreciated: fridge, coffee machine, microwave, 1 real table (not a desk) with 4 chairs (useful for a family). The room was reasonably clean. Despite its location close to the road, the insulation was good enough to allow a good rest. Safe area. reasonable price compared to Eugene hotels. good location if you want to join Crater Lake National Park through the North Road (highly recommended)

Hotel that begins to be a bit old, would need to be refreshed in the coming year to keep its level of comfort. The beds were too smooth for us (not bumpy, but just not firm enough for us)

Very nice, spacious room with comfy bed and seating area. That part of the stay was great

Really didn't care for the guy (owner?) cheching us in. Very curt, no understanding of the words thanks and please. Grab and go 'breakfast' was just a few yoghurts, cookies and some coffee. Advertising outside with: 'come as a guest, leave as family' has never been more off..

The size, comfort, and quietness of this hotel exceeded all expectations. I had just finished an ultra bike race and was looking for a quiet room to recover in. I had a hot bath and it was super easy to roll my bike in for the night. I felt super safe there, being a single woman traveling alone.

The only complaint would be the city doesn't have a lot of shopping options or late night food options - especially those with dietary restrictions.

Non non-sense check-in. Quick response. Room equipped with enough stuff like towels, soap etc., and room was pretty clean as well. Overall great

No hot breakfast but then again, having breakfast and coffee itself for the price was a great deal. So, I was not disappointed
