Very kind staff and did great accommodating for my dog, but I do wish there was outside security monitoring cars because there was a dog out in one of the cars while I was there by the time I finally noticed it it was checkout time so my family said it was pointless and telling you, but I think security and car monitoring should be a thing

We stayed at Comfort Inn in Creswell on our road trip to Hollywood and on our return back home to BC. Both nights were amazing. The room was clean and super quiet. The pool and hot tub were perfect after such a long drive. But the BEST part was the amazing breakfast with eggs, sausage,bacon and so much more to choose from. My son especially liked the waffle maker. The wonderful staff at breakfast was such a delight. I wish I knew her name because she was so cheery and friendly. We would definitely stay again - 100% recommend

breakfast was fine. location good. we stopped in cottage grove but could not find a room and after checking online booked the room in creswell. cottage grove was the first place we came to after crossing the siskiyous, there was a highway sign for food and lodging so we stopped, but no vacancies. glad we drove a few more miles for a nice room and better rates. good meal at the local Mexican restaurant.

nothing to dislike, really. it met our expectations. rooms are very expensive right now so glad there were no problems.

staff, facilities, breakfast & cleanliness all wildly exceeded expectations. my one compliant is that the hotel seemed fairly empty the night of our stay 11/27-11/27) but they put some people in the room directly above ours (214) who stomped around in cowboy boots until 9pm then stayed up again about 4:30am. it seems like it would be better to stagger occupancy if there is room. otherwise I would have rated 10 stars. thank you

Breakfast was great. Many options. Nice that trays were available without asking to take food back to the room. Set up very roomy so not too crowded. Very friendly staff refilling empty items. Very impressed.

It would have been nice to have 2 toasters available as there was a long line to toast bread and bagels.

Breakfast exceeded expectations. The variety of offerings, the pancake/waffle making machine, yogurt etc...the incredibly friendly lady who was engaging with the customers. And an incredibly clean kitchen/eating area which demonstrated real pride of ownership. As a first time customer, i would definately come back.

I understand the laws of economic supply and demand...but to pay $350 for a room that is off (football) season typically $150 plus seems excessive.

Big room. Hot tub/pool was good. Breakfast was good. Location was good. Easy on/off highway. Ten minute drive to univ. Of Oregon.

PTAC unit ran constantly. Was a little loud. Coffee cups at breakfast were too small. Should offer different sizes. Bathroom did not have exhaust fan.

the pool and hot tub look nothing like the pictures. I changed my reservations from one location to this location and at twice the rate just for the indoor pool and hot tub. the hot tub wa disgusting looking and the pool was nothing like the pictures. such a disappointment

Perfect location to attend an event in Creswell OR. Room was clean. Bathroom exceptionally clean. Surprised that breakfast was hot food and not a grab and go cereal bar & yogurt in a bag.

I was charged $20 to check in ONE hour prior to the regular check in time. I needed the extra time to get ready for a wedding. All other hotels I stayed with during the same trip did not charge for early check-in.

Was a great place to stay, breakfast in the mornings, plenty of hot water, staff always pleasant.
