convenient, clean, good breakfast included with stay, clean pool, friendly staff

reserved king room but we were given queen. they claim they didn’t have any king rooms to move us to even though I had confirmation of booking a king room. very inconvenient since we have a small child who sleeps between us and I paid for a king room. parking lot is okay for most (not great for large vehicles but worked out - but if you are towing or have a large RV do not try to enter parking lot before scouting it out to see if it will work for you.)

Large clean modern room, comfy bed, convenient to highway 99 and many restaurant choices. Safe feeling suburban location if traveling alone. Not too far from I-5, especially if you take parkways/backroads. Checkin staff friendly and efficient! Decent view of town/trees across to the eastern hills. Price was great.

Very noisy room as it was on 99 at an intersection, even though on 4th floor. There was a sound modulating device but traffic noise overwhelmed it at times. Next time will ask for different room location.

Decor was very nice. Exercise room has a good selection of equipment. Breakfast had a good variety of foods.

King one bedroom suite description is misleading. None of the rooms have a separate bedroom from the rest of the room. Noise other rooms and outdoors fairly easily heard. Recumbent bike was not working. Ran out of a couple of foods at the breakfast multiple mornings. A little awkward getting in the parking lot from 99W.

Room was incredibly clean, and very comfy. Breakfast was free, but there was very little food (some super wet eggs, sausage, and a waffle maker. Wasn't the best). Other than that, it was a great room for just passing by.

Again, the breakfast could have been a lot nicer. I have been to hotels with free continental breakfasts that serve a LOT more, and better foods. Plus every five minutes a loud, ear piercing sound would come from the kitchen which was really annoying while we tried to enjoy our somewhat breakfast.

I had a king room which was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. The bed was firm enough and not squishy like many hotels. The bathroom area was nice and well-lit. Being as it is a newer hotel everything was in excellent condition. I used the weight room which had three treadmills and a wide variety of weights and equipment. The breakfast was about the norm for hotels. The staff was super friendly and helpful at check-in. It is a beautiful facility and there were plenty of tables spaced far apart for Covid protocols.

It is on a main highway so there was traffic until about nine or ten. I usually have earplugs anyways so I would recommend ear plugs if your room faces south or west. The exercise room wipes had dried up so they weren’t useful for wiping the equipment down. I believe their may have been a spray of some kind available. You needed to bring your own water container in the exercise room. Again, this may have been due to Covid protocols.

It was really great and we all loved the waffles. Thank you for such a great variety every day.

We didn’t have any housekeeping staff come by during the entire stay. The room was full of trash cans needing to be emptied out and no new towels were delivered to the room during the trip.

It is a nice and modern new hotel. Pet friendly all across. Rooms were pets allowed are not limited to the ground level only. They even gave our puppy a cookie . Beds are comfortable and set up with two different type of pillows, one softer and one harder. The comforter actually had it’s own cover, it wasn’t just wrapped in between two flat sheets.

A microwave would have been nice in the room.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room and facilities were clean and quiet.

The coffee was terrible~ I have stayed at Hampton before and the coffee is always bad. It would have been nice to have at least one extra towel in the room, there was only two bath towels and one hand towel and one washcloth.

It was good. A great selection

No hairdryer in bathroom when we got there also room was not ready at check in time also when we were waiting for our Uber an employee walked right over to us and started dusting a picture over our heads and never said excuse me or anything

The beds are cozy and comfy.

All of the handicap rooms are on the upper floors, so you have to walk down the hallway to the elevator, it is not in the lobby. When you reach your floor you have to walk down the hallway to your room that is right above the hotel entrance. This is difficult for my husband who has mobility issues. The hotel needs better designers.
