Motel 6-Portland, OR - Tigard West

It’s quit and the rooms are nice and feel pretty big !

That I was told if I have guest they much check in and register but then I was told if I didn’t then they would kick me out with no refund and I was yelled at by one of the people who worked the front counter for no reason! Then I was told 2 other times I didn’t have to have any visitors registered unless they planned on staying over night! Also I was accused of something that I have nothing to do with! But the rest of the staff and regional manager was awesome!!

The room and hotel were very clean. There is a very good breakfast and lunch dinner next door called Miller's.

There was no microwave or refrigerator in the hotel.

The location is terrific - right off the freeway exit, but not so close that noise is an issue. Fast access to lots of shops and restaurants too. The rooms are large and spacious with a clean modern aesthetic slightly reminiscent of a lot more expensive hotels I've stayed in. One room had amenities such as microwave and fridge while another didn't have anything at all. The staff were all wonderful and super helpful.

Both times I've stayed there, the WiFi has been spotty. Sometimes glacially slow and sometimes okay. I found myself having to keep signing back in for some reason.

The staff was exceptional! They made accommodations for my early arrival and seemed genuinely invested in the quality of my stay. I had low expectations considering it’s a motel 6 but was I pleasantly surprised. Clean rooms, good location, friendly staff. Will be returning!

I was a bit confused with there being two separate Motel 6 locations right across the street from one another. Other than that no complaints! I also recommend the Motel 6 Tigard West location based on my experience.

The staff was amazing and so friendly, the hotel was literally the nicest motel 6 I've ever been to and I've been to many motels 6's in my 40 yrs. The room was so clean beds were great and the hallways and lobby smelt amazing would stay here anytime in in the area

There was nothing to not like i even felt safe parking my car farther away from the office then i normally would

Roger and his staff were always helpful, friendly and ready to solve any issues that popped up. The beds were comfortable including the large, fluffy pillows and the rooms were very spacious. Our cats were welcome and the plank flooring made it easy to keep our room clean.

I wish there had been washers & dryers at the property—that was the only thing we really missed.

Good location, easy to get to. Large, comfortable and clean room. Dog friendly.

Some staff were not so friendly. But other shifts the staff were very friendly and accommodating. There were obviously some pot smokers on my floor. Definite Marijuana odor in the hall at times.

The location, the room was clean, the price was great

It seemed that the front desk person was overwhelmed, she appeared to be rushing and a little stressed out. First thing I noticed was overwhelming smell of marijuana in the hallways don’t the noise from the freeway was bad.

The room was spacious (king), bathroom a little small but overall a great place.

On occasions it could get noisy with dogs barking but the most upsetting, was the fire doors making load noises from being slammed shut.

We must have gotten an upgrade because we had a very spacious room with micro, fridge and a work desk. Very clean and comfortable, and located close to good coffee and jogging. Staff was friendly and nice.
