Best Western Plus Parkway Inn

The grounds are awesome, quite, secluded, the water fall in the entrance is tranquil, so much area to walk our dog. Beds were comfortable, view was great, shower was incredible.

The breakfast could use a little work, I've had many better breakfasts at other hotels. Biscuits were hit or miss, had some hard ones, bacon was cheap, hate anything turkey and they had turkey sausage our first day of the stay, waffles are better than pancakes at hotels. Our TV had Spanish on all the menu options, the microwave was a fire hazard, outdated, it was in military time, burned our popcorn really good on the microwave popcorn setting.

The in room was beautifully updated, the spa tub was just what we were looking for and perfect size too. the friendly staff was a nice change to what we've expected in the recent years, and everthing was very clean. Breakfasts was surprisingly good, the automatic pancake maker was super awesome to watch. We will be returning in the future for sure.

Nothing too huge to report here. Bed was too firm and kitchenette cubbords had nothing in them which was weird cuz they supplied dish soap. They did originally give us the wrong room type. But the fixed the problem and got us in the correct room type. It seems booking.com has the wrong label listed for the spa tub room.

Great location, easy to get to. Very open and clean, very inviting. The staff were very friendly and informative. Included breakfast was great - scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits & gravy, yogurt, juices, make your own waffles, coffee, cold cereal varieties, bagels, English muffins, cream cheese, peanut butter & jelly, apples & oranges, yum! Rooms were very nice - large space with sink for preparing or storing snacks! Refrigerator, microwave. Beds were fine - not like home but the pillows and comforter on top were so fluffy & comfortable! Toiletries and even dish soap were provided! Nice tv, free internet. Nothing missing, in my opinion!

We could hear the people upstairs walking (and a couple children running) around, but it was ok. They had to do what families with small children do! Lol! The wall between the bathroom and bedroom was pretty thin...you could hear more than you probably would like, and the toilet flush was loud, especially at night... :) It was all worth it, though, for all the amenities and the price!

Very comfortable bed and pillows. Typically we can't get that combination in a hotel, but both were excellent. The room was very clean and quiet, two of my major criteria. I don't need lots of bells and whistles, although the microwave, frig area in the room was great. Plenty of coffee for two or even four guests.

There was no wall between the bedroom and the bathroom, just a shower curtain. Lacked privacy.

The room was very nice. Upon walking into the room it felt modern and comfortable. The bathroom was also spacious, comfortable, and had a great shower.

Some of the noise the other guests made was very audible although I think the guests above me were being louder than most people staying at a hotel.

The suite was very clean and inviting. Everything worked and easy to figure out. The bed was very comfortable and the jetted tub was amazing!

Wish we could've had one more day to spoil ourselves. The people above us sounded like elephants, but there's little that could've been done in that situation.

All of the people who work at this particular site we’re very friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast came in so handy and was delicious.

A little slow at cleaning our room, we were there for four days and we never got a sheet change or towel change.

Nice big room, nice toiletries. Convenience store sale items were nice. Close to lots of fast food and normal suburban shopping. Big parking lot.

Minor stuff. The AC only works when you really crank it all the way down. Breakfast got crowded. Couldn't do laundry because I didn't have quarters.

Excellent location, close to the Wilsonville Costco. Fantastic hot breakfast options including biscuits and gravy, sausage and baby omelets. Comfortable beds and clean bathroom.

Dining area was a bit small, but there was an option to eat outside.

@nd and 3rd floor rooms are the best. 1st floor rooms often have musty odor. this owner is still working on getting things right. elevator has always been iffy. TV's, some outdated, sometimes not working. no hot tub at t his location. rooms in front of hotel are quiet, I5 is behind the hotel. close to everything.
