close to family...the front desk staff was friendly and helpful....having a restaurant on property was convenient and the prices were reasonable...the staff there was also friendly.

having to get towels and or toiletries from the front desk...no house keeping... also the check in desk needs better signage to be found...It caused much frustration when we arrived... we were overtired from travel, it was dark, and terrible weather... it was a poor first impression of the property. While the restaurant had pros we didn't really like the food unfortunately... average to below.... the value of the room to me was a 79 dollar a night stay

Nice restaurant, room was decent, nothing particularly stood out but overall it was a good experience.

It would be nice if there were early coffee and continental breakfast available. So many hotels are offering this and it is a very nice benefit. The hotel did have a station to offer coffee but it didn't start until 8am which is late for us. There is a restaurant on site that serves breakfast but we would might stay at a chain if we were there again because they are similar quality with more amenities.

The Pine Barn Inn is in a great location in Danville, within easy walking distance to the city. Excellent parking, with an extremely friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant is also great for any meal. We stayed in the newer wing, and although that is also starting to appear a bit dated, it was clean (and most important to us) very restful.

We didn’t dislike anything, but the carpet in the room could use some refreshing.

Cute, rustic inn. Knoebels Amusement Park is about 20 minutes away. Betty at the front desk was very sweet and the price for the room was affordable. The best part was the on-site restaurant. My family and I really enjoyed the food for both breakfast and dinner. Good service, delicious cocktails and desserts.

I was disappointed to find out there was no pool. I could swear I read that there was one. Oh, well. The room had a bit of a musty smell to it.. but other than that, our overall experience was great and I would recommend this place to friends.

Check in was fine and fast . I was told I got a very nice discount on our room, which I did. I believe I paid half the normal price . We did have two go up steps no elevator , that is a problem . My husband is on oxygen , that comes with a lot of bagagge. We had a nice size room that looked out over the front . This place is a lot bigger than you think from plctures. They have a restuarnt where we had supper , the food was very good . They were very busy.

Fayann was so kind and helpful at check in and check out. Room was very clean and had all I needed, including a desk and iron. Location was exceptional, needed to be close to hospital and downtown Danville. Cost was a little pricey compared to others, but I needed to be near downtown area. Did not eat at restaurant , but have been there before and it very good!

Bed not bad but could have used a mattress topper.

From checking in to checking out everything was perfect. very helpful checking in as walking me out and showing me where our room was located. Continued to the restaurant for cocktails and dinner which was great. Can’t wait to return when passing through this area again. Thank you Pine Barn Inn.

The PBI is especially convenient for people who are visiting Geisinger. It's reasonably priced and was clean, quiet, and safe. They have a nice restaurant on the property too.

My only complaint is that the WiFi didn't require a password, which is a big cybersecurity risk. I was afraid to connect to it.

My sister and I loved that it was close to the hospital. We were able to visit my dad. The room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. We love the restaurant that's located next to their lobby, great food and a wonderful atmosphere.

The only downfall was that they need to check the creamers in the room. It was expired and curdled in the coffee. That can happen to any hotel that you stay in. I really have nothing negative to say. Overall, it was fantastic!

The tavern is the best. We come to Danville pretty much just so we can eat here! The menu changes with the season and we've never been disappointed.

I booked a small room and we didn't have a bedside table on one side of the bed. Not too big of a deal, though.
